Old hotel , old fashioned facilities. Expensive and not worth to live there. Nothing special.

Amazing hotel with best location, wonderful service and long history. City center but surrounded by nature, 2 deers walked by restaurant window during breakfast. Will definitely come back!

In room wifi system is bad. Wifi to my room was broken. (Room 3316). Staff have little english and cannot get IT support in the evening when i need wifi help.

Strongly recommending. Historic hotel with pleasing facility. Perfect position which is 3 minutes away from the nara park on foot. You can even see the wondering deers in the backyard.

地理位置好，歷史悠久，建築復古，很多名人曾經居住，裏面的餐廳也是著名餐廳，要提前預訂才能享用。 服務人員服務優質。一位日文名叫 “李”的大堂女性工作人員，服務特別好， 我們語言不通，不厭其煩的跟我溝通，還幫助我們叫車，送我們上車。日本人的服務絕對是頂級的。 房間設施比較陳舊，這也是事實。見圖。

日本酒店房間裏竟有蟑螂！奈良酒店真的是金玉其外，日本的衞生比疫情前直線下降。外部環境很好，大堂也很有特色，裏面的設施老舊不談，房間裏竟然有蟑螂！馬桶圈是壞的、下水道很慢，最最最主要的還是態度，絕對差評！對中國人（大陸人）和其他國家的人區別對待，你們有錢也花不了！餐廳中國人預訂永遠是已滿了，實際裏面有很多空位。疫情前去日本從來未遇到這樣的事，但是現在日本老外很多，日本人他們不愁生意了，嘴臉很難看了。蟑螂的問題和前台説明，工作人員嘴上説著好好打掃就完了，然後這時你和他説預訂餐廳又隨你挑選又不説不能預訂了（入住時預訂餐廳説這幾天都已訂滿了），然後又過一天再去定又説幾天都滿了。為什麼一定在酒店吃飯？因為周圍沒有任何餐廳！

住呢到一定要訂早餐🥹一定要訂早餐🥹🥹一定要試個庵列（非圖）！真心好味又夠飽，仲會幫你安排少人嘅時間，得你可以坐窗邊睇住五重塔食飯。成個環境好清幽，缺點就係要行山。因為太夜到，我哋傻更更拖夜晚拖隻喼上山，嘈到隻鹿用三隻眼望住我地😅。
