Days Inn by Wyndham Nashville Saint Thomas West Hospital

Was in town for work. The location is excellent I am literally near everything food, shopping , hospital and work. I come here every few months to do covid-19 clean up training and I always stay here. These guys are the best. It's basic & simple with no hassle. No mess. No fuss. Friendly staff here will help with whatever may pop up. They are down to earth and will not bother you when you need rest. I need Day time sleep bc I work at night and these guys did not bother me about signing papers or key cards updated. When I woke up and got ready to go I stopped by the front desk and my booking paperwork was all good to go. I had to do a day by day reservation and they were cool with it. The price you cannot beat. The hotel down the street here was 197$ a night, with rewards. These guys were 72$ with rewards membership. It is safe. It is clean. Very Simple and easy to check in. I recommend this hotel to anyone needing to be near anything in Nashville. Work. Play. Business. There isn't a pool ,but I haven't seen anyone swimming in hotel pools since before the pandemic. So it is not a deal breaker lol They get all 5 stars from me! Thank you for not being complicated and all in my business while I was crazy training and visiting my dad while he was at St. Thomas with Open Heart Surgery. Thank you and God bless.

Was unable to check in due to the fact that they would not accept cash for the incidentals and I did not have a debit card or credit card with me at the time. I will not go back there if there is no where else to stay. I ended up sleeping in my truck.

Poorly managed, magnetic key cards needed replacement three times in two days, filthy bathtub, no tissues anywhere.

The one redeeming quality was the woman at the front desk. Besides that not much else. It took me 25 mins to check in because they didn't know if they would have a room available despite me having a reservation. The woman at the front desk had to call her supervisor to see what she could do. She eventually found me a room, but still had to see if my room was even cleaned. The sheets were stained, bathroom was dirty, air conditioning didn't work, television kept going in and out and the people next to me were incredibly loud the entire night. I doubt I'll be able to get any sleep. Plus the room was definitely smoked in previously. I have asthma and will have to sleep in a mask for the entire night. Definitely not pleased with this stay and will be making an attempt to get a refund.

There were zero towels in our room or toilet paper. We had to go back to the front desk for these things. The “breakfast” was a joke.

I would not stay here again. The room cleanliness was okay at best, but everything else was terrible. The parking is a huge issue.

Other guest were outside yelling at each other or banging on doors. It was pretty late and then started again early the following morning. I only stayed the one night. The room it self wasn’t bad, a little dated

Room was smelling horrible, bathroom with pee on the toilet. Bed sheets with blood, no paper toilet

This hotel was so nasty. staff so unprofessional room dirty bed sheets dirty bathroom was disgusting no toilet paper or clean towels. I could not go inside the room 2 times. I had to go back to the office so they could fix this . No safety lock on the door this hotel should be closed down
