Felt like it was more of a motel than a hotel. Elevators were in the parking lot and didn’t feel safe using them with children. Front lobby checkin was in a convenient store and the front desk receptionist was not friendly at all. Rooms smelled musty and after 2 hours of being there left to find a different hotel. Told the front desk of our situation hoping to get a partial refund but was denied . I DO NOT suggest this hotel/motel, unless you are absolutely desperate. Reached out to ******* to see if they could help, they reached out to the hotel and they themselves found the front desk associate rather rude. Says a lot about this venue .

Condition of hotel was not what was shown in pictures. It is more like a motel with room windows facing outward to deck/walkway so limited privacy. Cold water did not work only hot came out of fixture. Elevator is not in lobby but goes to parking garage so safety and convenience problem. No choice but to valet and it adds 20%+ to daily rate. Lobby is uncomfortable and dark. Breakfast buffet is what you would expect

A pair of shorts were taken from our room and it is somehow my husbands responsibility for them being taken… explain that. You can hear people in the hall as though they are in the room with you at all hours of the night. Upon check in there were used KCups as well. The front staff was rude and unwelcoming. Nice valet drivers even though it’ll take 30 mins for your car.

Parking is valet only and takes a while to retrieve vehicle. Rooms were very small but but clean. Staff was very friendly.

Bad. It's a motel, not a hotel. Room was crazy small. Bed frame or box spring made an awful clang everytime you got on the bed like a spring came out. Everytime the a/c turned on the smell of old urine blew into the room directly onto the bed. The flooring is laminate and was quite dirty when we arrived. They only offer valet parking for about $40 per night and won't let you park yourself. We stayed there less than 24 hours, left without a refund of the $1200 we spent, got a partial refund for the "valet" and went to the Renaissance Hotel down the street. Could not get out of there fast enough. Felt dirty the second we walked in.

The staff were incredible. The place was clean, but definitely noisy with thin walls. Best thing was that the stay included free breakfast.

Arrived later in the evening - the check in staff were VERY friendly - the vallet staff were extremely helpful and polite. Great downtown location - rooms are clean - beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are nice sized. Excellent property!
