Beautiful room! Comfortable bed. But:
- No room service
- No water or drinks in room
- Restaurant closes too early
- No wine selection at the bar!
- Parking is extremely expensive
- AC in room cannot be adjusted. Too hot
- Breaksfast toast was so bad. Smothered in red tomato sauce. Yucky. Didn’t eat it.
I feel so bad writing this, but while Graduate is beautifully decorated in the perfect, walkable location, it lacked the service and amenities that hotels should provide at this price point. Friendly staff. Not their fault. Just not a well-run business. Felt more like an Airbnb. Won’t be coming back.

All was great. Expensive to valet our rental car!! We were only there 13 hours but had to pay 55$ for parking!! The room was super cute and fun! The coffee shop Barista was super nice!!! Would stay again if no rental car to park!!

Ok hotel, not the best to be honest. The room has almost 0 amenities, not even a bathrobe nor slippers, the hotel could use some maintenance

We gave our daughter and her family a Christmas experience instead of gifts. We chose Nashville. They loved the hotel and everything around it. The pool was still closed for the season. All the staff and the services were amazing.

This hotel is fine, Not spectacular, kind of feels like a mediocre hotel dressed up in funky clothes to try to be cool.

Great warm and unique atmosphere. Bar on top floor great for parties or hanging out. Close to downtown and lots of restaurants.

Loved the decor!
Loved the drinks and vibe at the White Limozeen, however they were pricey and it was disappointing that we couldn’t get a reservation during our stay - so no dining option.
But had fun at the Karaoke bar and it was a great experience!

This is my favorite hotel ever!! If you’re into super girly places this is it. My ONLY thing was the elevator was confusing because you had to use your room card and then sometimes itd not go to your floor after someone got off a different floor but that’s IT. Everything else was perfect, i am so happy I spent my 30th birthday here!

We tried to check for early checkin after a long day of driving. We called the hotel-and then were told we needed to call another number. Instead of transfering us, they told us we had to call. When we called the 2nd number, they said we had to send a text to ask abou it. We waited and then found out it wasn't doable. That's OK--but the process is borderline awful. The front desk team was nice-but I was surprised that even after booking 2 nice rooms for 2 nights, it did not come with cleaning service or new towels. We rang the front desk and they said they'd send someone up to service the rooms. Regrettably, that didn't happen for either room 1010 or 910.
