Sonder 16th South

It's such a cute place with beautiful decor. The beds were very comfortable, and the location is fantastic for getting around Nashville. My daughter and I stayed here, and we each had a bedroom and plenty of space to live in so that it felt so much like a home instead of just a hotel room. Loved it!

Not great. We were happy with the amount of space but the property is really shabby and uncomfortable. Everything was falling apart and shabby. There was no washer and dryer.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Very spacious and clean and within walking distance to many great restaurants, including coffee, breakfast, burgers and beer. Let me tell you about the toilet flushing. We stayed in unit 3 and each time we flushed, it sounded like a rocket blasting off. Lol. But it worked! Great water pressure and hot water. Would stay here again.

I enjoyed being on music row and close to 21st Ave which had cool eateries and shopping. I would have liked a soup can opener. Other than that the property was great.

Massively disappointed. No laundry facility where there should’ve been. They supplied the detergent but the washing machine and dryer were missing. Had to go to a seedy part of town to do our washing. No phone number to contact them anywhere on their site. Just directed to an FAQ page. Air conditioning worked when it wanted to so we were cooking until it decided to come on. Couldn’t set the temperature. Good part of town though.

A very nice place, but Dirt under the bed and they. Definitely need a new coach and some Paper towels or Wash cloth for the kitchen .We cannot even sit on the couch And that was the only place to watch TV..

The property was great, nice location and clean. The only issue is that the metal bunk beds were squeaky at every move and no washer and dryer. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay.

My daughter and I stayed at 1520 16th South for her Belmont Orientation. The apar**ent was in easy walking distance to campus (took under 7 minutes). Things in our unit were clean and comfortable and perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The area felt safe. The only slight negative is that the glass partition for the shower is a little short for the length of the shower stall, so we had to wipe up some water after each shower. A minor inconvenience for all of the positives we experienced. I have seen some nigh**are posts about other Sonder locations and was a bit concerned going into this rental in light of that. 16th South met all of our needs and the Sonder check in and check out system worked seamlessly. I’ll be staying here again when in town for Belmont events.

The nicest Airbnb we've ever stayed at! Thank you so much! The place was extremely clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend. Very nice and close to Broadway, an easy walking distance, and made our stay in Nashville extremely pleasant and smooth
