Hotel was very nice with good soundproofing but had pretty small rooms for the prices. Also, so much glass in the bathrooms had me lost in a funhouse of mirrors in the dark.

The fact that it was a business trip and we ask for 2 beds then confirmed there would be privacy in the bathroom areas, there was zero. The 2 of us was nervous about 1 room with 2 beds but heard great stories about the hotel. We had to rent another hotel down the road just to be able to shower.

This hotel keeps adding charges to my card that I was not billed for. I inquired about this and they have ignored me.

1 Hotel and the staff were fantastic. Hotel is a block away from Broadway and the Country Music Hall of Fame.
If you are going to Nashville I would consider 1 hotel.

My stay at Hitel 1 was OUTSTANDING!!! What a thoughtfully designed hotel. The ambiance was beyond peaceful. Room was very well appointed with the BEST mini bar I’ve ever seen. Shower was perfect and the bed so comfortable I over slept. Only disappoin**ent is that I was o lot in Nashville for one night. Will make this my hotel of choice when visiting Nashville

The focus on sustainability mixed with great design and decor makes this property a real pleasure. All the cute little touches in our room made it fun and interesting. A great space!

Overall, our short stay was enjoyable. We arrived early and they were very accommodating about getting us into our room since we had plans mid-afternoon. Room was great—no complaints. Only issue was we woken up at around 11:45 PM to an announcement that we had to evacuate and head to the Marriott. We were not allowed to return until close to 1 AM. No explanation was given other than it was a “potential security situation”. Once the “investigation” was over, we were allowed back in, but still no one would tell us what the issue was. A little more transparency would have been appreciated. Not knowing definitely put me on edge and made it difficult to go back to sleep once it was over.
