Great stay. Second time here. Ironing board needs some attention and the tenants above our room was a little noisy stomping around late into the night, but they settled down within a few minutes.

The room was good but it was extremely dirt the bathroom was mugir please see the picture I couldn’t take a shower do you believe that is posible I am allergic person

The apartment size was good, it was clean & the staff helpful. But it was really noisy, street noise & from the apartment above. We asked to move further away from the street, but were told that was not possible, a bit disappointing as we had booked months in advance.

My wife and I stayed here for an extended weekend. We chose the Placemakr for its location and it did not dissapoint. Very nice place (apartment) in a very good location. Some rowdy other guest in the middle of the night but I guess that is normal on a weekend in Nashville. Apartment was modern and clean.

Very good place if you want to stay a little bit outside of the craziness of downtown but still be bale to walk there

Nice, roomy apartment for two couples. Each couple has privacy in bedroom suite with own bathroom, and can hang out in main living room/kitchen area with everyone in party. Once checked in / parked in garage, we enjoyed our stay. Did trolley hop on/off, and went around town final stop on Broadway. Just Ubered back in evening. Worked well. When booked, Lots of paperwork and one way communication from management company but was confused about parking until I contacted them and went into lobby on checkin day. The room was ready exactly at 4pm, no sooner, so when we arrived at 3:20 we had not yet received any communication from hotel yet that day, and made us a little nervous that we hadn’t. All ended up fine. Nice stay and would stay again.

The staff was so friendly and was easy to communicate through text or email. It was a about a 15min walk to the beginning of Broadway. They also have scooters along the walk. It was easy access to everything. We’ll be staying there again especially for the price, you can’t beat it.

My best friend flew in from Illinois and I drove in from Huntsville. We hadn't seen each other in 6 years. I grew up in Illinois and moved to Huntsville. We fell in love with the apartment feel to it. And it was a much better stay then a regular hotel would have been. We were in walking distance to a few places and getting around was not as difficult as I thought. The drive to nearby places was just minutes from Placemkrs. The decor was on point and for the most part it was clean except for the kitchen floor. It hadn't been mopped. I will definitely return next year for another stay with you.
