A truly amazing place. Beautiful grounds with an incredibly attentive staff. Delicious meals, great massages; a wonderful place to relax and recharge. Note: could be tough if you can’t bear to be away from your phone as use is discouraged on most of the property, but that’s kind of the point of coming to a yoga retreat.

Shreyas Retreat was great weekend experience, very clean and hygienic place. Food is excellent. Swimming pool is one of the best . Most exciting part was Yoga session of 90 minutes and 30 minutes Meditation session , very well organized , refreshing and good exercise. Service is too good. Overall we are happy to spend weekend at Shreyas which is close to Bangalore so its just 90 minutes drive.

At Shreyas the air feels so fresh, the food tastes so pure and the people feel so genuine that I prefer going there every time I want to take a wellness break or wish to take a good advice and account of my health and well being. Highly recommend Shreyas

As a yoga meditation retreat Shreyas has nailed it just right. The property is beautiful, has a right mix of comfort, luxury, holistic wellness. The team of yoga teachers is fantastic. The food- especially the soups and salads were so good. The spa is good- though I didn’t do any ayurvedic trea**ents. A big shout out to Rucha, Bala, Rita, Heena, ***i, Dinesh and the entire dining hall staff and the chefs. This is one place I am certainly going back to. Really ticked all the boxes for me.

Beautiful scenic place with lots of activities to rejuvenate ur mind and body. Had booked a stay for my parents. They thoroughly enjoyed the unique stay. Special thanks to Rucha mam and team for taking special care of them. It was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Shreyas is very serene and calm place. Lot of nature here: from plants, flowers, fruits, trees, farms to the chirping birds and cows. It is a perfect place for a quick break and to rejuvenate. Group sessions for yoga and meditation are offered daily - the instructors are very experienced and take care of you even if you are a beginner. Food really stands out, it is simple(less oil/spice) yet super-tasty! Chefs do a great job of giving lot of variety in food for all three meals. Everyone is very helpful here: right from reservation, to taking us around the property, doctors who come for consultation, staff who take care of the rooms, kitchen staff. It is truly home away from home!

We ( my husband, 3.5 yr son and I) visited this place as we were looking for a weekend getaway closer to Bangalore. It is the most beautiful and serene place I have ever visited. I found the staff to be highly courteous. Food was amazing. They customized as per my son's needs. Best place for bird watching. Our son enjoyed watching cow milking and walking around the garden spotting some unique trees, fruits, etc. Swimming pool was very very clean and they had slots per family which made it very exclusive. Yoga sessions, spa, meditation sessions were all extremely relaxing and very professional. They have a reflexology walking track, very interesting to try. Overall the best experience if you are looking to unwind and relax. Will surely visit again.

It was a meaningful weekend getaway in a serene and peaceful campus that's beautifully landscaped. The food was healthy, nutritious and tasty, the massages were therapeutic and the staff was genuinely courteous. Great place to find your bearings if you want to take a break from your stressful life. We felt so close to nature yet comfortable and well taken care of. The cricket pitch was a delight and the co-promoter, Rucha, herself spent considerable time with us ensuring we were comfortable. The consulting ayurvedic doctor on campus, Dr ***jula was fantastic and her suggestions are what we have taken back. We also learned new Yoga pranayams and Yoga nidra which we are following regularly. Truly memorable stay and we look forward to coming again.

I've been to other yoga retreats - but Shreyas has a vibe and a silence that I have not experienced at other places. The staff is very attentive while giving one the space that is needed to really enjoy the experience. The yoga and meditation sessions are customized to your needs. The facilities, the property is quite amazing - green, peaceful. Its a must have experience!
