Hotel Weinstube

This is a most excellent hotel and restaurant! We were booked here as part of the Liechtenstein Way (trail system w/hotel and luggage transport), and it was by far the best place we stayed in our 5 nights in Liechtenstein. Very warm and friendly reception (unlike the b-smart hotels with self check-in), comfortable beds and well-appointed rooms with small balcony. The breakfast room is breathtaking, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding, as was the dinner. Great service, great food. You can't get any better. The views are spectacular as well. Would go back there in a heart beat!

My girlfriend & I stayed here the third night of our five day Liechtenstein hiking trip. This hotel was our favorite of the five hotels. The room was very comfortable and the bedding was superb. The bathroom was modern and I appreciated the curbless entry floor shower. The balcony offered the most spectacular view of the surrounding mountains, which had a dusting of snow the night we stayed here. We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. Our service was excellent, especially considering we discovered it was only the second day of our waitress working here. We started with one aperitif and one glass of white wine and we received an amuse bouche from the kitchen, which was a small dish of couscous with paprika sauce. We then shared a mixed green salad and one of us had the venison schnitzel and the other the salmon with spinach and potatoes. We had a half carafe of open red wine with our meal. For dessert we each had one scoop of ice cream. The total for the meal came to $207. The breakfast buffet in the morning was very hearty with a large selection. The breakfast room is quite large with great views of the surrounding mountains. During warmer weather there was a beautiful terrace outside where you could have enjoyed breakfast. The lady at the front desk, who we presume was one of the owners, was very pleasant and also quite helpful in assisting us with restaurant recommendations for our next day. Everyone we encountered here was a delight and we would highly recommend staying here and eating here during your visit to Liechtenstein.

The room was a bit old fashioned with limited outlets/lighting, but the bathroom was updated and very nice. We had our evening meal at their restaurant on site and it was very good. They had a nice area for breakfast in the morning. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and good. Staff were polite and helpful.

We had an excellent experience at Hotel Restaurant Weinstube in Nendeln, deserving a full 5-star rating. Despite a late check-in and last-minute booking, the staff was incredibly helpful, with the manager personally assisting us at 9 PM. The staff seemed genuinely happy, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. The hotel offers a great selection of local wines and beers, particularly from Switzerland. The rooms were very comfortable, with a stunning view from the balcony where we enjoyed a beautiful sunset. Breakfast was good, though some background music would have enhanced the ambiance instead of the silence. The terrace was spacious and cozy, perfect for relaxing. The room has a filled minibar available. While the location is somewhat quiet with little to do within walking distance, it's ideal if you have a car or plan to use public transport to Vaduz or Schaan. There’s ample parking included in the price, and the hotel even has a small selection of souvenirs available at the reception.

We stayed here our third night on the Liechtenstein Trail. The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We went to Vaduz in the evening for a fair and were worried about the weather and she provided us with umbrellas and directions for using the bus. The view from our window was amazing. We stayed in five different hotels in Liechtenstein and this one had the best breakfast. The bacon could possibly be the best we’ve ever had. Thinking back, I’m sorry we didn’t have dinner in the restaurant.

We had a truly wonderful meal here after a full day of hiking. Really fantastic to be honest. It was a warm evening and the view from the terrace was stunning. We slept here as well and had a very good night. If you are on the road side of the hotel, you may hear traffic sounds (even though there isn't a lot of traffic in Nendeln) if the room windows are open.

We hebben hier een nacht geslapen. Helaas hadden wij niet het uitzicht waar sommigen anderen hier over schrijven, wij zagen vooral het dak van het restaurant. De kamer is eenvoudig maar goed genoeg voor een nacht. Het restaurant is mooi qua inrichting en het eten en de wijnen zijn prima. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig maar wel goed.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir haben am Wine and Dine Event teilgenommen. Das Menu und die Weine waren optimal aufeinander abgestimmt. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und sauber. Frühstücksbuffet grosszügig. Check-in/Check-out ging schnell.
