My family and I reserved two rooms (Nos. 327, 427) for three nights apiece, or six total nights. This property was in shabby condition overall, including the following examples: 1. The floors in each suite were scuffed and scratched. 2. Mold could be seen in and near the shower and bathtub areas. 3. The hallways on each floor smelled of something like tobacco or other foul odor. 4. The furniture and bathroom mirrors in each suite were chipped, scratched, and needed to be either repaired or replaced. There were actual stains or some dried fluid on the side of the table to the left of the No. 327 bed. 5. The tables on each side of the bed in No. 327 did not have lamps. There were adjustable reading lights, but no lamps. And one of the reading lights was only loosely connected to the headboard. This property, overall, is tired looking, needs to be refurbished and in no way represents how Leonardo holds itself out, particularly since I've been to other Leonardo properties, and this one, candidly, should not be open to travelers in its current condition. We overpaid for a property far below average and will not return. In fact, we will encourage others to avoid this Leonardo property. It is shameful inside. Lastly, this hotel is unlike any other in that it required us to pay for our entire stay (a total of six nights) when we checked in. The clerk did not put a hold on the card, rather he took the entire payment before our stay even began and then refused to provide a receipt until we checked out. That practice is unheard of. And then on two different occasions afterward, demands were made to charge our card again because the proper amounts were supposedly not taken the first two times. Not only are the conditions of this property poor, but so are the practices of those tasked with running it.
