房間整潔，面積30平米+，很舒適，停車免費，樓下牛排餐廳好吃不貴，酒店旁邊有個超市+加油站，牛奶、新鮮水果等等都有。夏天最熱的幾天就別住了，沒有空調。冬天沒問題，有電暖器。

firstly the rooms were cold and the heating was either off or not working properly, this has been mentioned in other peoples reviews. The beefeater next door calls last orders at 9.30 on a sunday and monday night. and you have to leave the bar by 10pm, slightly later on friday and saturday, which didn't worry us as they had run out of beers and most spirits so not the sort of place to enjoy a family celebration. very good fish and chip restaurant next door to hotel. would recommend.

Found the hotel OK though it seemed further out of town than i expected. There are some restaurants around but not many and its not walkable to the park and ride. The hotel is not as new as as some PIs and needs a bit of a refresh. We wereput in room without much of a view and up 2 flights of stairs and through what seemed interminable fire doors. The bed was OK but the pillows felt hard to me. The wifi was non existent and the TV seemed unable to tune into BBC1. Service was a bit abrupt on check in. The bar had no beer!!! So all in all not up to the usual PI standard and cost over a £100 to boot. Average.

Curtains were damaged so it was light day and night. Otherwise location was good and staff were excellent. There was no beer available at the evening meal : (

From the minute we got to the hotel we knew we had chose well, our room was spotless & everything we would need was there. The staff on front desk were so helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay the best. Especially the young lady on front desk every day of our stay was so attentive. The staff in the beefeater where we had our meals were really welcoming and made our stay enjoyable, they were accommodating every time. Will certainly be back again soon

Handy for business park but bedrooms are cold - bathroom cold too. Heating doesn’t work either ! Right next door to a beefeater with the usual “fayre” - my evening meal was “average” at best. However staff here were really good !!!

Nice enough staff but the most disappointing fact was we asked for a room clean as we were staying two nights and it didn’t happen when this was pointed out all we got was one set of clean towels left on our unmade bed no clean cups no bins emptied no bed made Unfortunately the cooked breakfast was stone cold both mornings and the fresh juice was more like squash

Lovely Premier Inn clean friendly and very helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and beds. Super having the Beefeater pub attached. Very close to Poppleton Park and ride. Superb cheap way of getting into York City Centre.

Great stay. Have stayed here a few times in the past it works for me. Rooms are clean beds comfortable. Will always supply more tea and coffee if need be. Breakfast is always good, always plenty of choice. Didn't have evening meal this time but have previously and thought the food was good. Would recommend.
