Gross dirty wasn’t even in room I booked couldn’t find anyone for over thirty mins trash all outside bugs in unit

The bathroom tub wa dirty with a layer coming off the tub floor. The shower curtain was stained and smelled bad. The bed sheets also smelled bad. So glad it was just a quick stay.

9/10. It was just an overnight fly in trip to meet the newest family member. We really liked the La Quinta and would absolutely stay there again. There were only two nitpicks I had with the room. The first was the door. It tended to stick when closing, so you had to open it and then slam it. My mother has no grip and would be unable to do that if I wasn't with her. I imagine it's just from the damp or paint, but still think it should be looked into. My other complaint was the tub. The mat was torn and peeling and filthy. I would take a shower in the tub, but I wouldn't be willing to soak in the tub, which is what I was really looking forward to after a long drive.
Overall though, the room was super comfy. I was out almost as soon as my head hit the pillow and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast wasn't bad either. I would definitely stay at this La Quinta again next time I need a hotel in New Braunfels without a second thought.

The driveway to get in and out of the property is a bit unusual (can’t turn left into the property). Despite being pet-friendly, there is very little grass available outside the property. It is a recently renovated (looks like some areas still in progress). For me, this was a quick overnight stay - so, it was good.

Hotel was just ok. Side door is in bad shape….looks like someone pulled the bottom out trying to get in. It’s very loud, people walking through halls talking very loud in the night hours. My room was on third floor next to elevator and could hear the door open and close every time. Elevator door needs some work, very noisy.

Property is under construction, bit it wasn't noted on their listing. Also, the elevator was out of order. But the staff is great.

The property is being updated. The rooms were excellent with wonderful beds and bedding, wood/tile type floors (no carpeting 👍), wonderful window features and room appointments.
They need to install safety handles in the shower/tub. Currently a major safety hazard.
