Hotel Luxury Stay

Avoid this place. Possibly Part of a scam with taxi driver. After getting WiFi we immediately found the hotel the taxi driver could not, so went back to Luxury hotel for our bags, asked for refund (ha ha ha), and walked to the correct hotel. It is also expensive, and the place was undergoing some building work with dust everywhere, including the room floor. I hope this helps.

I would rate 0. Worst experience. Better to sleep on streets. They have partner hotels but all same. The same hotel got 2 sides. One part is new and OK (1 star) but the other part gets a perfect 0............................................only good thing is they provide you pick and drop service....bed bugs...no water....no TV...nothing

I was looking for a hotel nearby a airport in Delhi, friend of mine suggested me to go to Grand Shoba, however, Taxi driver said that's too far from the airport, he took me to the hotel, without confirming with me, he asked front desk to allocate me a room. I think Taxi driver was getting commission from a hotel looking at his behaviors. Front Desk lady (very unfriendly) asked my details and asked INR 3000 per night, I made full payment for two nights. Actually price was only about INR 1000 per room in a websites. I was never given me a copy of a bill. This is clear sign of cheating. I was guided by one of the unprofessional staff to my room, my room was not ready, thus, he put me in one of the room to take rest until next room is finished cleaning. Even, that room was not cleaned properly, the toilet pot was dirty, disgusting, bed linens wasn't changed after the previous checkout. I was promised of A.C, TV and others room amenities. Non of them were available during my stay. No one came back to move me to my original assigned rooms as they have made promise to do so after 30 minutes. I went to reception desk to enquire about it, the grumpy lady at the desk was asking me what's wrong with your room? I narrated her a story, then, she said one of the guy will be there in 5 minutes but no one turned up and I stayed in that dirty room for two night paying such a amount. All staff were looking for a chance to cheat the guest. When I ask for Bill for my food, they will always say, front desk will settle during check out. They try to charge extra during check out, I know the guy on the desk was intentionally try to charge extra, he was checking on me whether I will pay or not. Same person told me that the charges for taxi to airport is INR 500, in a moment driver came to me and said it's just INR 350. All the staff are so well linked so that they can easily fooled a guest in a second and collect extra cash from guest pockets. Please anyone visiting Delhi, do not go with taxi driver recommendations, they will take you to cheap hotels and cheat you. Highly not recommended: Never and ever choose Hotel Luxury Stay in your trip to Delhi, it's complete waste of time, money and your emotional well being. Its totally opposite to what they have in a website.

Our family member who walked in was charged Rs 5000 per night though it states Rs 1000 per night. When checked, the staff was not responsive; The room had no functioning air conditioner, no proper working telephone, no water and malfunctioning taps in the bathroom. Her stay was on May 1st to 3rd, 2022!

It appears that Bedsheet and other Linens were not changed since last use.
