Premier Inn Lymington (New Forest, Hordle)

Room was cleaned well, staff was absolutely amazing! Olivia and Kiera were superstars! They made our experience so lovely and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible! Could do with an update to the menu, and the restaurant.

A tired Premier Inn in terms of the décor, but friendly, helpful staff. The premises from the outside looked a bit dishevelled. Parking facilities is very good. The premises inside is clean, but the colour of the walls in corridors and the rooms is depressing i.e. a beige colour. The carpets are of a similar colour and need replacing. To recap, the premises is tired looking, but the rooms and complex generally is clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Unusual for a premier Inn but the building and decor were in serious need of refurbishment. The rooms were clean, food was good and all the staff were fantastic. Great location for our needs. Plenty of secure parking for our motorcycles. Would use again.

Great hotel, small and quiet, but the new catering arrangements are appalling. Almost non existent menu, no freshly cooked food at all, not an experience we would want to repeat. Whitbread are making a great mistake in closing partner restaurants.

Clean and comfortable room at a fair price, good base for exploring the New Forest as well as the harbour and town of Lymington, during a three day mini break. Staff friendly, helpful and welcoming, special mention for Mia, Andrea and friends. Will be going back for another stay and more besides. Recommend.

We've stayed here before so had a level of expectation. They're was plenty of parking. There was only accessible / disabled space would be difficult at busy times. We got there at 2:30 and were told we could check in early but had to pay £10. I can understand the early fee if you had to do something but the room was ready and we were 30 minutes early! That was disappointing. The hotel and room were spotless. After a couple of hours the room became too hot. Our window didn't open. From outside I could see other rooms on our floor with open windows. I tried to adjust the air conditioning in the room but it's controlled by reception. I had to go and ask reception to put the air conditioning on cooler. When i got there i had to press a buzzer to call for staff. It wasn't clear if the buzzer had worked and if staff knew i was waiting. So I had to stand in reception in pyjamas until somebody came. I didn't sleep because I was too hot. The restaurant had a very limited menu. We didn't know until we got there. We weren't even told by reception. That was disappointing. And the restaurant and bar was empty so there was no atmosphere. Whitbread have closed the restaurant and bar to everybody except guests so have reduced the menu considerably. I was tired and didn't want to go out to eat. The food was good but the choice was very limited, the portions were small and there was no presentation! The restaurant/bar hours were very limited. 6-10:30pm is ridiculous for a hotel.

this hotel desperately needs upgrading, rooms are expensive for the quality..breakfast was greasy and not at all worth the money ...the restaurant is filthy as are the toilets

We had a brilliant stay at premier inn Lymington. The rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and it set us up for the rest of our trip

All the staff throughout my stay were very friendly and professional, booking in was swift and easy, the room was clean and as it should be. Breakfast was great with staff that were very attentive.It was an absolute pleasure I will definitely book here in the future..😎👍
