Made reservations for October in the beginning of September ended up canceling them September 16 had reservations for 3 rooms when I went to cancel the women told me I only had 1 room reserved I told no there was 3 she kept telling me only 1 room then wanted to cancel other people's rooms also told her no I had 3 rooms so she canceled so I thought as I asked her before I hung up the rooms are canceled she said yes after she asked her coworker about me saying there was 3 rooms an all she could fine was 1 room ( there were rooms blocked for a wedding ) decided to stay with the rest of the family at another hotel I get a call on the Friday night asking if I was coming told them I canceled my reservation on Sept 16 which whoever I talked to on the phone never canceled so they canceled the reservations on the Friday night I talked to them a week later I check my credit card an noticed they charged me for 3 rooms an the rooms were charged for a Saturday night to Sunday morning an it said I checked in an checked out on a Saturday when I canceled for the second time on that Friday how do u charge someone when they weren't even there an I called to talk to the manager an he passed the buck to another women that had no clue what was going on an trying to get my money back is ridiculous I'm told it's under investigation wellhow long does it take to figure out your employees messed up an are lying
