The Rubenstein Hotel

My only issue with our stay was with the televisions. We had to reset the tv and give permission to all the streaming apps every time we turned the TV on. If you experience a day where it rains heavily throughout the entire day, some while you dry is helpful.

Great walkability to bourbon and the street car, the staff was very nice and friendly making us feel welcomed. We kept forgetting to grab water before going to our room and they were happy to give us water bottles when we asked. Overall we were happy with our room, it was well kept and perfect for our 4 day stay!

--booked 3 nites 7-10may26. rubenstein hotel good value w/xcellent location @ canal/st charles. interior room was clean large & very quite from inside & outside noises. purchased thru rta 3 day trolley/bus pass for $8/pp for unlimited rides -- good bargain. --completed desired one day visit to world war II museum in warehouse district & then consumed many oysters in nearby french quarter. --unfortunately new orleans weather turned nasty w/heavy rain storms so we requested cancellation of our last nite stay. hotel receiptionist allowed cancellation of the last nite w/refund xpected thru *******. --highly recommend rubenstein hotel in new orleans la.

The location was great. Room was bery clean. Didn’t like the interior room. No window. The standard kings are like this. Next time i will be sure to book a room with a window. Never saw this in a hotel before.

The location is walkable to many stores, restaurants and bars. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

From my pov, with this price in middle of downtown, kinda fair enough and satisfying my experience over there. Staffs are helpful for sure and comfort in staying for overall.

Cute boutique hotel. Staff was friendly. Roomy. Mini fridge. But.....our room was on St Charles and we got no sleep due to the trolly running all night long, street cleaners and garbage pickup. The bathroom needed a shelf in the shower for toiletries snd the half door allowed water to spill out on the floor. We were given a drink voucher for the bar which was nice, but no one told is about the 2nd floor balcony thay we could hang out on or the apparent sleep machine that I read about on a post. I picked this hotel mostly.for location and availability to park our rental car but I would not dtay again, mostly due to the street noise.

I had a wonderful stay at the Rubenstein Hotel in New Orleans. The staff was incredibly friendly, and Joiana in particular stood out—she was so helpful and made our experience even better. The room was clean, cozy, and really charming. One of our favorite features was the balcony, which added such a nice touch to our stay. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

This place is only about location. The room did not have much - no hairdryer, no coffeemaker, lights were difficult to figure out, no bed light. The staff were not very accommodating. One guy was ignorant, not helpful and all about being on his cell phone with no attention on customers. He came across as rude and as if he did not care at all. Asked questions he seemed annoyed. Not impressed by this place at all - but location is fantastic.
