Lovely place to stay. We had a little loft room with a balcony and chandelier. Very romantic!

Decor and spaces were spacious and beautifully done. I really enjoyed how nicely done everything was with antiques, brick, furniture, bedding, etc. One of my favorite stays ever! The coffee and snack room was also incredible! Yum!

Beautiful architecture in the French quarter. 5 steps to bourban street and a few blocks to the river walk. I love debugging about the hotel.

The staff were very nice and offered great recommendations! We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very unique. Would stay here again.

Check in was easy and the doorman was so friendly and knowledgeable about the history of this hotel. I recommend taking a tour of the building to see all of the unique things. We took time to sit in the living room and softener areas to soak up the feeling of nostalgia. We will be back for sure.

The hotel was very cool with an old typical French Quarter feel to it. It feels very mom and pop and the staff is awesome. They have 3 cats that live there and they’ll often be napping near one of the fireplaces in the lobby area. The hotel is 1/2 a block from Bourbon St so you’re right there but it’s quiet unlike the hotels on Bourbon. The location can’t be beat. Highly recommend. Well be back.

The hotel exceeded my expectations - it was old and quaint and surprisingly quiet. The staff were exceptional. There were a few things with the bathroom that could be expanded: the water was never hot in the shower; the soap was inadequate (small and scratchy) and the towels need to be washed with a softener. But other than that, everything was wonderful!

Great old architecture and clean hotel. Right in the action at the French Quarter. Noisy at night but I think every hotel in the area is, the city never sleeps
