酒店位置很好，離波旁街和會議中心很近，步行就可以。房間不錯，安靜舒適。早餐還算豐富，肉蛋類多，水果很好吃。

My family and I stayed for 6 nights and everyday Jamie greeted us with a huge smile and was always ready to assist with dining or tour options.
Breakfast and the complimentary drinks were a welcome addition.

Jami at the front desk was very professional yet personable. She made me feel so comfortable, and she provided me with all rhe necessary information regarding the hotel.

I’d stay there again when I go back to N.O. Only thing I don’t like is that they don’t have ventilation in the room. At least have a fan for the bathroom.

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The facility could use some upgrades. Our room was very cold and then very hot after we asked what the heat wasn’t working. When they “fixed it” the room was too hot at 72 degrees and we couldn’t get the temperature down.

Staff was welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast and dinner was wonderful.
The tv had cable, but was not a smart tv so no streaming avaliable. The weather got bad so tv was lost for a little while, but the bar area was hoping and everyone was friendly so we just enjoyed some time downstairs while there was no cable avaliable.

We stayed for Mardi Gras and the location of the hotel is perfect for Carnival activities. You are in walking distance from everything. The staff was professional, kind, and extremely helpful during our stay. The hotel is serious about security, and we felt safe our entire stay. There is a kitchen and bar set up for free for guests during designated time frames and I thought that was just perfect. Because the staff was friendly and represented the people of New Orleans well, the a**osphere reflected that, and we found it admirable. I will definitely be returning by myself, and with my family.
