My safe locked without me putting in a code and the hotel was quick to get it opened up for me. I was a little panicky because My flight out was early the next morning.

Such a wonderful experience! The staff was incredible! A very special thank you to Sharnell for going above and beyond. I was very nervous about visiting NOLA during Essence Fest out of fear of getting bad service, but this was NOT the case here. The room was spacious and the restaurant in the lobby had amazing food.

Took my money and did not confirm my booking and will not refund me my money today… wow
0 star rating . Do not recommend this app to nobody they are not reliable!!!!! Watch out . It’s a scam.

호텔의 위치는 번화가와 가까웠습니다. 합리적인 가격으로 시티뷰의 깨끗한 룸에서 지낼 수 있었습니다. 직원들도 모두 친절했습니다. 주차비는 45달러 정도로 발렛 서비스가 제공되는데 주변 호텔도 대부분 주차비를 요구합니다.
