Arrived late evening no one on duty then had to wait 20 min to check in
No water in the room and bathroom getting a bit dated
No room service or cleaning and safe didn’t work
Not worth the money paid

This hotel is in the heart of Bourbon Street! Everything was so walkable from the hotel. There were many dinning restaurant and bar options close by. If you looking to eat beignets the hotel had a Cafe Beignet right across the street. The staff were amazing and helpful. My sister and I flight was very late at night the hotel was able to hold our luggage’s and allowed us to soak up the last hours of New Orleans free of charge. They also help us get a cab to the airport because of the traffic at night and the cost was cheaper than an Uber or Lyft. The only negative things I had to say about the hotel are yes it outdated, there was no hand soap and one of the towel had a stain on it. Overall my experience with this hotel was great I would definitely stay again and try to take advantage of the balcony room!

My wife and I arrived to New Orleans early on Friday to maximize our weekend. The desk attendant was very polite and was able to check us in early (10:30 am), which was a major plus since we had an early flight. Our experience there was pretty good. Housekeeping cleaned our room when we requested and it was directly in the middle of where we wanted to be on Bourbon. My only call out I have is that when I arrived to the hotel, the bell hopper spoke to everyone except my wife and I. The lobby was not busy and there were only 3-4 other guest there that was greeted. The only reason we spoke is because I told him hello on the way to the room. Otherwise, I don’t think he would have said anything to me.

The location was excellent however the staff was rude when busy, the pillowcases were standards on king size which was strange, the room wasn’t cleaned properly, and there was a bizarre noise from the air system that went off every 15-30 min that kept me up every night. I am not one to complain, but for the amount of money I spent on the hotel, I expected at least standard and basic service and amenities.

It was a little disappointing as we had high hopes and received a recommendation from a friend to stay.
We dropped our luggage off pre-check in, when we went to retrieve it, they brought out someone else’s luggage — even though we had our corresponding tag number they gave us.. which was a little concerning.
It was hard to get in contact with the front desk, no one was answering the phones. Everytime we used the room phone no one would answer. I tried to text the number that they sent us for check in, no response. Then I called from my cell phone and I finally was able to connect with someone. When we did get in contact to ask for an extra blanket, the blanket that was brought to us was torn up and had multiple stains on it.
The restaurant on site was delicious, and had fast service which was nice. The location was great, and we were lucky to get a room that was quiet.

Hotel location was perfect. Right off Bourbon St. We got a room not facing Bourbon for quieter night rest. We faced a side street and still heard traffic noise but not bad. Most quiet may be facing pool.
Staff was friendly and beautiful lobby area. Definitely would recommend if first time to area. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do.

If you are in town to enjoy bourbon street and the surrounding areas this hotel is the way to go. Very convenient, was able to sleep at night even though bourbon street don’t sleep. Only thing is if you are catching a Uber go to one of the more accessible streets at night because bourbon can be blocked off at times. Will definitely be back. Staff was amazing l.

This hotel is right on the busiest street in the French quarter. That's cool, but know that it's an insanely loud street party until 4a basically every night. If you're trying to sleep and find noise difficult to sleep through, this is not the place for you
