Great location and wonderful staff. It is located perfectly in the French Quarter less than a 5 min walk from just about any where. We had an amazing time.

The hotel is GORGEOUS. Very clean & the location is perfect. This is our second stay & both times have been perfect. The staff is so friendly I can’t say enough about each one. Rooms are pretty sound proof & large. Beds were comfortable and the shower got hot with great water pressure. Five stars!

Beautiful hotel! And it was the best location so close to everything we wanted to be around . I was put off by the lack of security that other hotels have during mardi gras but it didn't become an issue. I loved the customer service, best yet. What made me give 4 stars and not 5 was we didnt get our room cleaned for 2 days and we had to call the front desk about it. Also, for such a beautiful hotel, there are SO MANY holes in the sheets and towels?? Throw them away or fix them but don't put them in the hotel rooms people pay $300 a night for??? Silly thing. I WILL stay here again, itd beautiful, quiet, so close to everything, and customer service is the best out of the other 5 hotels I've stayed at in the quarter. Ive been coming to NOLA for 14 years, the Omni will be where I stay going forward.

Great location to the French Quarter but the rooms are a little small and elevators a bit glitchy.

Excellent hotel in the center of the French Quarter. We stayed on Mardi Gras day and the staff were great - even got us in earlier than expected. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Thank you.

We loved everything about it. The bathroom is a bit small but other than that it was wonderful and we're already planning our trip back there next year. We're even trying to get the same room we had, lol.

Such an expensive hotel that I expected the rooms to be nicer. Beds sunk in the middle which means it needs replacing. Wallpaper worn and tearing in rooms and hallways, molding around bath area peeling. No table in the room to eat, lighting is very poor. Cabinet drawers for clothing would not stay closed. Noisy hotel, got woken up several times with doors slamming over our 4 day stay. Room attendant did a great job though. Restaurant is excellent. Disappointed that bar near the pool patio was closed since it is such a great view.

It was a nice stay, and the staff were VERY helpful!!! They gave me a lot of advice, and stepped out by giving me beads.. Very helpful, and nice. I don’t even know if this is a complaint, but the carpet was a little worn?

staff was wonderful
However...first night the fan for the heater/ac would not go off...finally call front desk at 4am and they told me they had to turn it off on their end and that i could not turn it off in the room,,,second day fan was off all day and then went on again...then I was told they could not turn it off on their end and we needed to change rooms...first they were taking us from 512 to 412 and similar problem so then we went to room 444 and no problem..finally got to bed close to midnight....The next major problem was the day before we were leaving we went back to the room late afternoon to take a shower befor going to dinner and there was not hot water....Engineers were working on problem.....our flight the next morning was at 6:45 am so arranged for a 5am pick up which meant we needed to be up by 4-4-15am
did not get to take showers until after 8pm. very frustratin
I think the hotel shoud give us a credit off the room for these major incidents.
