Wish there were more soaps towels and shampoos but it was very nice . The rooftop is absolutely lovely and the staff is so nice . I am definitely coming back here and will be at the rooftop all summer!!

The facility was excellent. Clean and in a great area. The problem came with the service and amenities. The service was very slow and there were no amenities in the room. There was no iron, no refrigerator. Not even an ice machine in the building. I was very disappointed that these basic needs weren't met, especially given the large cost of the room.

위치 아주 좋아요 뷰는 걍 건물뷰였어요! 화장실 깨끗하고 직원들 친절해요~ 작은 냉장고가 있어서 편리했어요! 다만 방음이 살짝 아쉽네요 참고하세요!

房間小而陰暗，窗外就是對面樓牆。前台服務極不專業且行李30分鐘都沒人送上來衹能下去自己取。這不是星級酒店，看攜程5.0的評價定的房，簡單是惡夢，湊合一晚趕緊逃離。

Really enjoyed my stay at Mondrian Park Avenue. The suite with the balcony was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Sarah at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating! The free breakfast was also a plus! Will definitely stay here again.

The property was clean. The room was not as big as I expected it to be. So that was a bit disappointing. But it was comfortable. The view was as expected. Street view of Park Ave. My only 2 negatives for this trip was that at first the staff wasn’t very friendly at first after many flight delays to get there. Not until they noticed I paid in full up front, then their demeanor changed and was fine after that. The other negative was not having a coffee maker in the room. A 5 day stay without and I realized how much I enjoy a coffee maker in a hotel room. The in house restaurant was good if you’d like a burger, fries and milkshake. Or soup and grilled cheese. Perfect for the first snow in a long time. The staff was super friendly. Overall a good experience.

Perfect location, close to everything...like good restaurants, shopping, flat iron. Union square etc.
But not a 5 star hotel. The hotel needs renovation.v

It was a good experience and We enjoy our time together in the hotel. Just it was something with the rug from the right side of the bed that was all wet, I let them know at the front desk but they didn’t did anything else, or I don’t know if they notice to maintenance to fix it. But it was really just that, all the personal staff and cleaning crew was good to us.
