The hotel is good and the location is fabulous. Maybe that makes the staff not care about customers as they know people are going to bring business to that location anyway. I think the staff needs to understand that they do not need to be so inhospitable and unwelcoming in nature. They do not even look up to you even if you are waiting there for 2-3 hours. I reached 2 hours early and opted to sit in the lobby when it was 3:05 pm I asked for the room as I checked in earlier the host said please wait there and showed me her hand briefly pointing straight. Now she is extremely busy and wants me to understand that she asked me to stand by pointing straight. Not understanding her hand gesture, I returned to sit and at 3:20 I went to her again (mind you she is very busy doesn’t even look at you even if you are waiting right in front of her). This time she said oh you did not stand so my colleague did not help you. Although was sitting just in-front of the desk. That’s when I lost it as I was hungry , tired and exhausted and said “I might faint now I cannot keep waiting for you honestly”. That’s when she handed me a key immediately.
My question is, if she can give a key why so much hassle to someone who checked in 2 hours prior? What is this sadistic pleasure? Anyway guys you can go there just expect the staff to have a “I don’t care” attitude. The staff thinks that the money we spent for their room is something they are entitled for. The room was small but clean, which was my priority.
