Sarah and Jaime were awesome hosts. We felt very valued as guests. Breakfast was nice. Only suggestion is to consider larger main TV. Will come again.

This hotel is the place to stay if you are coming to NYC for theater. This little hotel has a friendly and knowledgeable staff. We arrived 2 hours before check-in, so we headed off to lunch. We were pleasantly surprised when the front desk called to say our room was ready and to return anytime. Afternoon wine and 24 hr coffee and snacks add a nice touch. Other reviews say the breakfast is nothing special but we loved it. Bagels are fresh and flavorful. Coffee was hot and tasty.
The Empire Steakhouse next door is participating in NYC Restaurant Week. Get the bacon starter and the Filet. Yum
We will be back.

Amazing location.... walkable to all landmarks and subways but being just off Broadway its perfect. Amazing staff ready to answer any questions or point you in the right direction... perfect breakfast and a happy hour where you get to taste good wine and meet great people.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, you can walk to Times Square, most Broadway shows, Central Park, and Rockefeller Centre. For the places you can't walk to, the subway is very close by. The rooms are very spacious (by NY standards) and the continental breakfast was quite good with excellent fresh pastries. Tons of restaurants nearby and the staff made some excellent recommendations for food and bars in the area. Can't wait to go back!

I expected a little bit more given the price and location (not to mention the star rating) but everything was very average. The wallpaper was peeling in some spots and under the bed hadn’t been cleaned in years, from the look of it. The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable either, but that’s just a personal preference.
Location is great - very central and close to the subway. I was shocked at how soundproof the room was, I didn’t hear any of the noises from outside!
The front desk staff was kind and helpful.

I love that this hotel is so perfectly located and is newly renovated with extremely big rooms for New York. A wonderful breakfast is included. However they did not let my friend who was staying with me check his bags or check in early because I had not put his name on the reservation all they had to do was call me and clear him. They did promise they would Rectify this and I do love this hotel so I highly recommend it

Great location, spacious room, friendly reception staff with lots of recommendations for dining. Target, DSW, TJ Maxx close by to pick up items that didn't make it into luggage. So many different restaurants close by and a corner grocery store with hot soup selection, fresh snacks. Continenal breakfast was generous, hotel lobby attractive, well-maintained, seating very comfy.

The staff here go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They're helpful with suggestions and questions. The property is showing some signs of age/use but otherwise for NYC it's one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed at. We're already planning to make it our hotel for next year's trip.
