Celebrating bday with family. This is such a wonderful hotel. Fantastic staff, darling rooms with fridge, ice, coffee maker, silverware, plates, the complimentary breakfast, perfect location to see shows, on restaurant row. I can’t say enough good things about Hotel Scherman. 10/10 recommend!!

The hotel is fantastic. The staff was extremely helpful and the attached restaurant is great. My family and I highly recommend it and we will be visiting them again.

We stayed in the two bedroom one bath penthouse with terrace. For the location it was super spacious. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of spare linens. Refrigerator (mini with freezer) worked well. Shower water was warm and pressure was good. Room was clean. Staff were friendly and efficient and always there when needed (to hold bags or bring a spare towel etc).
The terrace was nice even in February, it got early afternoon sun and nothing overhanging to drip on it - incredible view.
The furniture in the living room area was a bit dated/less comfortable - but for the price and the space in the location it could not be beat. We would stay again in a heart beat!

I found this little gem for an overnight to see a show. It was clean and comfy. Perfect for a solo trip. It’s in a great neighborhood with lots of dining options. I felt safe walking around.

Great location, walkable to so much! Property was clean, surprisingly quiet, and had a beautiful rooftop terrace. Would definitely stay again

Flexible with the checkin time if the room is available was nice, we had our room ready by noon. Very friendly host and rooftop views were really nice. Room was comfortable would stay again, great location.

This small boutique hotel is a gem…room is very clean & comfortable.
We were upgraded to a King Suite & because it was our 40th anniversary… there was a bottle of champagne & a card welcoming us to the hotel.
The staff is very friendly!!! Continental breakfast included which was a plus.
It’s close if you are going to see a Broadway Show.
Definitely would stay again.

I’ve stayed here a few times now and it’s becoming my go-to spot. I’ve gotta say, it’s a little slice of cozy heaven in a bustling location. It’s this sweet respite with such truly kind and nice staff. I have zero complaints and I doubt I will have any in the future. It’s clean as a whistle (which is incredibly important to me), quiet, each room has beautiful and unique character. All around perfection.
