The room dimensions obviously can not accommodate 4 guests, this is a two-guest room.
No bottled water supply to the room.
Any requests were addressed differently by different staff, 10 staff gave you 10 different answers for the same problem.
service is vulnerable to addressing simple requests, such as providing an adaptor.
Staff will listen to your request or complaint, but the service remains unchanged.

The person at the reception who was there at 11:30 pm was not courteous, rude, did not use any tact and was very challenging with his gaze, at no time did he make me feel welcome from the beginning.

Nice, comfortable stay. Clean hotel throughout. Only issue was no parking. You have to valet park $41 per night unless you find on street parking.

It was a nice and a safe place to be, very peaceful and friendly staff. The breakfast was very decent and was kept very clean and inviting. Great service a little gem in Fresh Meadows NY.

Staff don't make the bed and don't change bed sheet . They don't clean up the room .

24hrs valet parking. I didn't like that there was no visible directions to entrance since two hotels are close.

The room was noisy and really disturbed my sleep. The rest of the experience was fine but this problem made the overall experience not great.
