Great price, conveniently located, exciting neighborhood, perfect room. Nice bathroom, the staff went above and beyond!!

Great room and location that was very close to the metro. As other reviews said, it is very noisy and you can hear the traffic (although you can wear earplugs at night, it was fine for me). Some other minor issues: when showering the water was a bit too cold for me; and there was a bit of cold cigarette smell in the room.
Overall the stay was fine, and the price competitive comparing to other hotels.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating! While the rooms were quite small as other reviews have said, we didn't spend much time in them and they had everything we needed!

The room was lovely and fine. The bed comfortable. My issue is that I had some access issues to the room, and for clarity they were of my own making, but it would have been nice to have a 24/7 call number which would have been helpful in recognizing my mistake. Other than that… great.

For the price, pretty stellar. Literally the smallest room I've ever stayed in--and I've stayed in a ton of tiny NYC rooms. That said, everything about it was totally fine. It was clean, there were no bedbugs, the shower had nice hot water, towels were fine, etc. There was even a Nepresso machine in the lobby and I pulled a few good shots in the AM. I needed a cheap place to sleep for 8 hours and it did the trick!

Good location near Chinatown, little Italy and SoHo. This is a no frills hotel. Safe, inexpensive and comfortable enough for a very tiny room. Overall just fine. Earplugs were appreciated!

Great basic room. Reasonable price. No frills. Room very small but clean. Helpful if you are able to shower, toilet, and shave in a phone booth. Front desk staff were awesome and very helpful. Great location at junction of China Town, Soho, Tribeca, and Chelsea.

This is a glorified dorm room, complete with mini-fridge, insufficient towels, and plywood furniture. They have "quiet hours." If you need to do it for the price, okay, but know it's more basic then basic.

Staff was extremely friendly and hotel was in a great location close to transportation and restaurants. Recommend for anyone visiting NYC
