The stay was okay, the staff could have a nicer attitude, the sheets on my bed had burnt marks on them.

Hotel smells like porta potty. Covers had stains and hair all over. Room smelled like cigarettes. First room the floor wasn’t done and I have kids. Moved me into a second room and the room was worse with really old pizza crust under the bed. Safe to say the room are not cleaned. Front desk young lady actually argued with me and continuously cut me off while trying to explain the room condition.

Have been here for awhile now and I love the housekeeping’s they do such great work & if you need something they have your back! I’ve never had a problem with office staff but hate that when I request first floor I don’t ever get it. Over all 8/10

The sheets were very dirty with large stains on them. They should change their bedding regularly.

We Were There For Quite A Few Weeks At The Beginning On The Day We First Checked In The Woman Who Checked Us In Was In A Bad Mood But I Did All I Could Do To Help Cheer Her Up Then After That Was Settled The TV In Our Room Had Picture Issues So We Asked For Them To Have It Looked At By Maintenance And They Sent A Guy Up And He Went Back And Said We Broke The TV And They At That Point Refused To Continue Our Stay Now We Are A Disabled Older Couple That Does Not Have A Permanent Home So We Had To Find A Place At Another Hotel Because Delaware Is Terrible On Senior Housing So We Were Forced To Move And It Wasn't Due To Anything We Did.

The room was small. Asked for ground floor had to go up 6 stairs to 1st level. Can't do stairs. No walk in shower. Vinyl toilet seat ripped. Ceiling patched. Looked terrible. Wifi didn't work. Won't stay there again.

Hotel was unkempt. There were roaches as well as bedbugs. Door handle was missing from bathroom door
