地理位置優越，門口就是公交車，裏麪食物很符合英倫風，住宿內部環境不錯，總之是一次不錯的體驗

Simply Excellent.... Clean n tidy rooms Good breakfast food Nice Polite Staff. On the Desk the Excellent Arpita. One of Best Premier Inns iv been in. 3 day stay wish it was longer. A must stay if in Newbury. Thank you Staff... Hotels town position is good near main street n not far to all amenities and train station.

I've stayed here for a work trip. The whole stay was lovely and in particular Linda was absolutely amazing. Warm, kind attentive and an absolute star. What a credit to the business. Thank you for making this such a wonderful sta, and the staff really do make the difference.

Extremely polite staff, who answered all my questions with out any problems, even telling me about the cheapest and safest car parking. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable, Maria and Ann were able to to assure me that I was able to sit over by TV for meals as I felt vulnerable being a lady of a certain age, the Dinner was lively and the Breakfast was very nice too, would recommend this Hotel

It is my first experience at the Pemier In, good welcome, always friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy room, the site is located in the town close to pubs and restaurants within a few minutes' walk, The breakfast is good and generous with many choices, the dinner is really good , the restaurant area is nice and comfortable , the staff professional and one particular thanks to Maria that supported us in many things

What i great stay …. I have been here and it was very good I have been welcome at the reception with a smile and the restaurant was very warm and clean, the room too with all the facilities available and extras on the reception area. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I came here to stay with my family at the begging of may and I was greeted by a member of staff called Maria who claimed to be the deputy hotel manager I couldn’t believe it she had such a can’t be bothered attiude and was running round like a headless chicken because there was to many people in the restaurant and not enough staff I have stayed here plenty of times if I remember correctly there use to be three members of staff Debbie, Keith, and Beth who use to control the restaurant and never made people wait for food I asked Maria for a towel and she said she was to busy and would get one later I left the hotel still waiting for my towel

I have stayed at this hotel more than once and on every visit the facilities and team have been excellent. In particular Arpita was incredibly helpful with a request I had and could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend this hotel and the team who work there.
