Fantastic place to kick back relax. Great people. Good food and cocktails. Paddle boards and kayaks available on the beach. The lagoon is a classic picture of a tropical paradise. The staff are great. On my Birthday, the restaurant set up a special table in a private dining room. Bubbles, lobster and a tropical sunset. I couldn’t have dreamed of better! Thanks to Tex and Waka for making it happen!

We recently had our wedding at the Nautilus Resort in Rarotonga, and it truly was the best day of our lives. The entire planning process was stress-free and enjoyable thanks to the amazing wedding team—Flora, Sarah, Waka, and the owner Jane. The team went above and beyond to make us feel special. They even organized a rehearsal lunch the day before the wedding, complete with gorgeous floral decorations in the outdoor gazebo and a custom menu. On the day itself, their professionalism and organization were unmatched. Waka picked up my bridesmaids and me from our Airbnb and even arranged affordable transportation for our guests after the event. The food deserves a special mention—it was phenomenal. Nearly three months later, our guests are still raving about it! As food is such a significant part of Samoan and Māori culture, we were initially worried about quantity, especially since we had a lot of big eaters attending. To our delight, there was more than enough, with many going back for seconds and thirds. The quality and abundance of food truly exceeded all expectations. Overall, the Nautilus Resort gave us a day we will cherish forever. They captured every detail we hoped for and more, creating a seamless and unforgettable celebration. On the day, every single staff member was so attentive ensuring all our guests were well looked after. If you're looking for a dream wedding venue in Rarotonga, this is it. Currently enjoying a great 11 night stay at the Nautilus. Resort is clean, well positioned, fantastic beach front Are, excellent staff looking to assist at any time. Food/restaurant great. Waqa , the driver & man of many talents has been fantastic with excellent service & proactive help & advice whether doing a transfer, taking my wife & I for a snorkel, finding & taking me to the doctor for an ear syringe. Nothing is too much & everything is done with a smile by Waqa. Waqa is tops. Malea was instrumental in helping prepare & plan for our holiday & Grace at reception has always got a smile as she assists with bookings & assistance. Even the general manager, Raul, picked us up from a charter fishing trip as drivers were unavailable. He suggested we eat our Wahoo at Nautilus & offered to organise chefs & booking. He even wandered down during & after our meal to ensure all went to plan. Thank you Waqa for your continued high quality service & a big thank you to all staff including Raul, Grace, Malea, Waqa, Justin, Janet, Robi for your quality Service.

All the staff are so welcoming, friendly and attentive to your needs. A special mention to Keenan - thru out our stay he looked after us & couldn't have been a wonderful host to ensure we knew what was happening or assisting us. The Nautilus is a fantastic resort to stay at. Highly recommend 💥💥💥

We had the pleasure of walking through this spectacular resort from its sister resort the Muri beach Resort where we were staying . Our holiday package included a full breakfast at the Nautilis Resort, we were not disappointed . From the 24 July until 31st July we were greeted with a friendly smile by Keenan and the other wonderful breakfast staff. From day one Keenan remembered our names and addressed us as Mr David and Miss Heather everyday and showed us to our “favourite table” The breakfast could either be off the menu or as a buffet. Lots to select from with all the favourites, bacon, sausage, egg, hash browns and much much more. The deal also included the continental breakfast that included cereal, fruit, pastries, juice, coffee a huge selection to satisfy even the fussy eater. We especially liked watching the kids go up and come back with plates full of muffins, pastries and anything but fruit much to their parent’s despair . Holidays are for indulging so we made the most of it. Thanks again Keenan and the team for making our breakfast time a memorable occasion. Sitting overlooking the beach, next to the pool, stunning!

My partner Birthday..i plan it in advance ( since may) ...it was a special night! Ended up being a very sad moment: just the two of us in the restaurant...lost of staff pretending to be busy... Food was very poor. We wore inquired about spice ( hot or not), we say very clearly that One meal was NOT SPCIE, an the other one very mild". We learn that the chef do not understand HOT : both have the same sauce! Very poor experience.... I planned it very heart felt for my husband..... It was a very poor night for us. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Expensive for what it was... Felt like a running down place....
