General: This is our second time staying at this hotel. It is next to Vincom Plaza, Starbucks, and Highland Coffee Shop. There are many nearby foot massages and local restaurants. The front desk staff is charming and helpful. However, the room we stayed in had a problem with the AC. We found that sometimes it was hot and sometimes cold, as the hotel sets the central AC automatically based on guests' feedback. After two days of talking with the hotel, our AC problem was solved. The room is generally good; the only problem is the bathroom drainage problems. When taking a bath, water will flow from around the bathtub all over the floor. As for the room service, we have ordered room meal service, and it tastes good. However, for the place, no one took care of it, so it was postponed until the next day outside our door (according to their requirements), and eating leftovers may attract bugs. As for the hotel, the swimming pool is tiny, and during our stay, the Nha trang wind was quite strong, so we only stayed short at the hotel swimming pool. The morning breakfast of the hotel every day seems the same, and only a few meals are eaten daily. The hotel has a free beach area, and it is good.
The first-floor restaurant provides good meals at reasonable prices.
Pros: Location, staffs are friendly
Cons: Non-variety of breakfast options.

The location is pretty awesome. Close the beach ( just 30-sec walk ), near to the business area. And there is a convenient store downstairs, which is perfect for us.
The staff is also friendly and nice.
The view is my favorite. We are able to watch the sea as we get up everyday.
However, the bathroom may be the main defect. The water from the shower is easy to spread to the floor that makes it so wet and slippery. And the power of water is not strong enough.

Very nice place, breakfast is good, the breach so beautiful. The service are good. Transport arrangements are good as well.

I got problem with my reservation but the staff help me to resolve and she did it well. I’m so appreciated with her so much. All staff were treated so nice and professional.

Excellent hotel for the buck. Hotel was clean, accessibility was great, has convenience store on the 1st floor. Staffs were kind and willing to give a lot of help. I appreciate the warm kindness and assistant from especially Annie and Nhah(sorry if spelled wrong).

Room type we booked was comfortable.Location was good, I like it so much.
The only two things made me unsatisfied . The gym room and swimming pool under maintenance, opened from 4pm-8pm only, then only two small bottle water provided everyday.

This hotel is perfect - pretty much. Right on the beachfront, spacious room, large bathroom, outdoor pool, gym/workout room, bar/restaurant, super helpful staff. Could not have asked for more.
It’s location is perfect for other bars, coffee shops and restaurants too. Bit of a spin from the airport (approx 40/45 mins) and about 20/30 mins drive for VinWonders.
Handy little convenience and souvenir stores in the area too.
I’ll definitely be back to Nha Trang and Star City will be top of my list for accommodation.
