Sheraton Nha Trang completely exceeded our expectations.
We booked Executive Suite, at 19th floor, right facing to sea. The room is spacious, has 2 balconies, 2 toilets, 1 massage bathtub, living room, and very comfortable bed in bedroom. I emailed to them what brand of mattress they use. I want to buy one at home.
Front office manager Michelle, Director of Rooms Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong and the rest of staff are all very friendly and helpful. We admire their positive altitude of solving problems actively.
Michelle can even recognize us and handed over her business card in breakfast hall.
Spa is international price ( expensive than local normal price), but I have to say, it was excellent. I almost fell asleep.
The highlights are too many to write here, I sincerely recommend you all to give Sheraton a chance to bring you surprise.

The Altitude Rooftop bar located at 28th floor was a good place to enjoy a drink with a beautiful night view of the beach coastline.
Breakfast was very good with a wide range of fresh juices, smoothies, fruits and nice banh mi too.

It was such a greatl time staying at Sheraton. All the staffs were nice and helpful. Especially the reception manager, Ms. Uyen Michelle, who assisted us was a star! From the check in till check out she helped us. Even after checked out when we had some problem communicating with the bus company she was willing to interpret for us. We do appreciate for her great hospitality and warmth. Thank you!

Location is great with nice ocean view. Breakfast is amazing too. However, maybe the hotel is relatively old, facilities need better maintenance, i.e. bath tub turns yellow and the sprinkler is rusted that may need replacement. Towel and gown provided have stains on them. Also, there are sands inside the spa area on 7/F which were not cleared through our 5-day stay.

Across the street from the beach, kicking breakfast, adequate fitness room, amazing deep tissue massage, pool refreshing if a bit cold, roof top bar with an amazing view of the ocean and city, though not much social interaction (the guests' fault). No real complaints. Sheraton's a solid brand, even if I usually go for the quirky boutique places when I travel. I'd come back here for the security and comfort.

Everything was fine. The staff were professional and all spoke English well. The room was well serviced and cleaning was checked periodically. The breakfast buffet was prepared nicely and was quite delicious. However, anyone traveling in Vietnam should consider bringing a water filter for the shower head. After just a few days mine was visibly filtering what looked like sand and rust. My experience with the hotel, the trip.com, and the Nah Trang was overall 'excellent'. Thank you Trip.com.

Service, location, almost everything was wonderful and I had a comfortable time.
In particular, the lounge helped me to use my time effectively, such as doing a little work and spending my free time slowly.
The only thing I didn't like was the difficulty in opening and closing the room door.
It was difficult for my wife and children to open and close it, so I think it would be good if you could fix that area.
In any case, it was a very satisfying stay.
I'll come back again.

The staff is amazing! I was there for Valentine’s Day and I was gifted flowers and even chocolate by amazing staff at the reception. The breakfast and the view from
