Maison Noosa

We were meant to come and stay at Maison Beach Front in Noosa towards the end of February. My husband had a fall and broke his hip one week before we were meant to go. This trip was fully paid through Luxury Escapes. I rang Luxury Escapes to advise them that we now cannot go to Noosa so they contacted Maison. Maison said they needed proof which is totally understandable. I emailed all the necessary information to Luxury Escapes which they forwarded to Maison. Maison came back the day before we were meant to go there with NO we will not refund your money. We have a no cancellation policy. So why did they want to see all the hospital forms then? I then said it’s not that we have changed our mind it’s the fact that my husband cannot travel they didn’t show one bit of compassion. I asked if we could use our money later on to come back there and they said NO we don’t change our dates. It’s not in our policy. They told me to get someone else to come and stay. Well seeing we were told this the day before we were meant to arrive there I had little to nil chance of getting someone due to the fact we live in Sydney. So that money just went down the drain. Just wanted to say ‘thank you Maison staff’ for having such compassion for us with what happened to my husband. I was also told that every place in Noosa all have the same policy as in no refund if you cancel. Well after Maison we were going to River Front Retreat Apar**ents to stay for 10 days and yes because they were such lovely compassionate people they gave us a full refund and did not ask to see any documentation about what happened to my husband just to say to us how sorry they were and they look forward to seeing us another time. We look forward to going there when we can and never going or recommending Maison Beach Front on Noosa Beach.

So quiet and relaxed from the moment I stepped in. I was lucky as I arrived early and they let me in super early!

Fabulous location, right in Hastings Street. Boardwalk next to the sea was outside the complex gate. Very friendly staff. Room was spacious with everything we needed. Room was on the bottom floor with the pool right next to it which was ideal for swimming & hot spa. Downside was a wedding group with lots of kids that took over for some days with a lot of noise so not quite the peaceful place we’d envisioned. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay for a week.

Fantastic location with excellent staff and amenities. Would highly recommend.

Great Location, friendly staff and the rooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with large fridge. They've thought of everything from leaving a beach bag with beach towels in the room, to umbrellas in the foyer on a rainy day. Overall a great place to stay.

Great place with a nice pool and right on the beach

This is an excellent property. We go upgraded to the best ocean facing apar**ent which was amazing. There were two things that reduced the review: - TV noise in the main bedroom from the next unit was really loud - we couldn't move to the second bedroom as it reeked of cigarettes

Great place to stay, easy access to the beach and restaurants. Apar**ents were comfortable and pool was clean and a reasonable size. Lovely view and the staff were friendly and helpful.

A fantastic place to stay and was really reasonably priced! The pool on the beach is pure luxury.
