Horizon Inn Norcross

Horizon Inn has been a good value for your buck. The rooms are clean, staff is nice. Location is great. Very laid back.

If i could post pictures i would put the bugs i found on the bed and pillows. The room smelled awful amd there was no wifi, no answer when i called the front desk. A bunch of men walking up and down the halls at all hours.

Overall a great place to stay for a low price. Issues were the door frames appear weak and damaged. Depending on room location the wifi is unreliability. Which is my main issue, but besides that the staff were great and accommodating.

The front desk attendent was nice but clueless. We got to our room and realized there was no microwave. I went back to the front desk she gave me a new room but that one didnt have a refrigerator or a microwave. So i went back again and she gave me another room key. That did have a microwave but wasnt clean. So i took the microwave and went back to the original room. As I hooked up the microwave later on that night, i started to see movement on the carpet and realized the refrigerator had a ton of roaches in it so i had to spray and stomp around killing the roaches. From then on I was uneasy and didn't relax at all. I was using the restroom and noticed there was cracks in the tile and of course, a roach starts crawlihg up the wall. I was about to get in the shower and saw the walls were covered in short curly black hairs so i had to clean the shower before taking one. Also pretty sure i saw mold coming through the ceiling. And finally not one of the three ice machines worked throughout the hotel. And i found it kinda funny that when checking out I told the attendent they needed an Exterminator she laughed and replied "oh you saw roaches?" If you know that then do something about it!!!

The bed was fine room was clean, the biggest draw back was the bathroom and mold in the room.... The tub was cracked and the ceiling above tub was flaking off and moldy. The room had some mold on the ceiling above the bed near the window.

Fair bit of panelling coming apart the bedding didn't fit the bed . Bed was comfy-ish

Last time I was there there were a lot of different people around that didn’t make me feel as comfortable as I would have liked. This time (under new management) it was a pleasant stay!! Will DEFINITELY stay again!!

It was the lowliest place I’ve ever been to in my life!! The carpets were sticky, the nightstand had a smack of dipping sauce on it. The sheets seemed clean so we rested there for 6 hours before I had to get on the road, but once I sat down on the bed and the fitted sheet lift it up, the box spring cover had a three inch tall stain. It was totally gross.

This place is run down and dirty. I stayed here a few years ago and it was better then. The room was alf cleaned. Nothing inside was updated. The tub had burn marks on the side. The bedding had burn holes. The ceiling had water damage spots. The carpet hasnt been clean in idk how long. Only 2 lights in front part of room worked properly. Definitely a get what u pay for type situation here.
