Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Peachtree Corners/Norcross

My stay was horrible I received a voucher from the Norcross co op program I asked the lady who gave me the voucher and she also called and told them that I needed a first floor room only to get there and not get the guy was beyond rude I work in the hospitality industry as well and it cost you nothing to be nice to someone, the water pressure in the sink was too high I turned on the water and it went everywhere, I asked numerous times for a remote control never received it. All in all you need some nicer people in your front office

You pretty much get what you pay for honestly. The place is in a decent location, close to shopping centers a mall and many restaurant so that's a plus. The staff all seem to be friendly and helpful for the most part. I'd obviously recommend it if you're needing a place to sleep and get some RnR. I'll be staying here again most definitely.

The staff was amazing and super super friendly. Big miscommunication however. The indoor pool was NOT working. The whole reason i chose this location was for swimming with the kids. I was absolutely devasted to see the pool dark green and not ready. I even called ahead a few days before i booked and was told it was up and running. Smh. Very hard pill to swallow. Told me i need to contact ******* for a 10 percent refund and they will offer me a 10 percent refund as well. So a 20 percent refund after all is said and done... Hopefully if i ever receive it. But the staff was amazing and friendly. The breakfast was decent.....pour your own waffles, couple cereals, coffee and juice and some activia. Oh and toast and toasters. I would look to add... Bacon/sausage/eggs and fresh fruit. Just those four alone would be a huge improvement. Rooms were clean and somewhat modern. All in all... If the pool was running. I would've liked this place a whole lot. Its nice little spot and the staff really makes the place great.

Virtual check in was different for us, but the staff was awesome! Very attentive and all our needs were met during our stay. We had a small issue with the bedding that was quickly resolved. Room was clean. Would stay here again.

Clean, quiet and very convenient to my job!

The suite was amazing. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was quite good. The room was modern and clean. The AC unit was working very hard because of the heat. The couch was very comfortable, I almost fell asleep one day on it. Overall I was very pleased with my stay

It was my first time dealing with a kiosk for checking in and I found that to be difficult. The audio made it hard to comprehend what was going on. There was a light that flickered near the entrance that worried me. I checked in late which made me feel slightly anxious. The room was excellent and couldn’t find a fault in it. It was nice for a one night stay!

First thing is first. You check in with a virtual guide who just stands behind a screen all. The towels and sheets were not clean. They were used looking even after asking for clean ones. I watched them make my bed without providing clean sheets blankets or pillows. 0 stars if possible.
