Rotten food and tampon plastic found in a drawer beside suite bed, room extremely cold, crumbs on the carpet floor, tub not cleaned as pink liquid still on tub edge (wiped with a hand towel). This hotel could be extremely better with some extra TLC!

This facility is in dire need of renewal. Shower was not useable as the tub faucet would only work on hot only or cold only. Relatively clean but in poor condition.

Was a great place to stay but was disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working!! Was looking forward to it to soak aching muscles!!

Property, room etc were acceptable. What wasn’t was when I booked w this app the room rate was 80. Plus taxes 89. When I got there I was charged 122. Not happy.

I was getting run down room was not cleaned that great found a cigarette but under a chair not very cleaned also pool was supposed to be opean till 11 and closed it a 10

Our room was hot and there was no AC. No fan provided. It just wasn’t a good stay. I will not book at tropical inn ever again
