Overall a really great stay. Helen (hostess) was so lovely. Breakfast was amazing Room was comfy, even for me, my husband , 13yr old (small man) , 10 yr old and a Giraffe of a German shepherd there was more than enough room for us all. 10min walk away from a great pub (fox and hounds) allowed dogs and food was great. Walks on your doorstep.

Helen was an amazing host, makes you feel warm and welcome as soon as you enter. Never felt the need to lock my door. Every need was catered for plus extra. Would 100% recommend! Thanks a million Helen! X

Stayed 2 nights. Helen is so very kind and helpful. The ambience was lovely. Breakfast is served piping hot and delicious 😋 Only tiny ****** near busy road so there is traffic noise until late night. Other than that enjoyable stay.

Fantastic stay, Helen is a lovely person, nothing is to much trouble. Very nice English breakfast . Comfy bed, spacious bathroom and shower area. Nice view to wake upto seeing beautiful greenery and her stunning horses. Very clean room , tea, coffee , mini fridge. Very relaxed stay and worth the money. Thank you Helen x

Wonderful! My wife and I stayed here for a night so we could attend a near by restaurant and we couldn’t be happier with our visit. Helen was a delightful host and she made us feel entirely welcome. It was a pleasure talking to her and from the moment we arrived, she made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The room had a wonderful farm-styled charm to it and was very clean. The breakfast the next morning was sensational! We’d certainly recommend the venue to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

Could not have asked for a better experience - from first contact to leaving Helen made my stay memorable. It was so evident that she loves hosting her guests and has thought of everything, down to the smallest details, to ensure your stay is comfortable. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable - including small fridge with fresh milk. The bathroom was huge with plenty of towels and toiletries. Breakfast was delicious - can definitely recommend Helen’s special yogurt with fresh fruit and muesli. Lovely lady, lovely Bed and Breakfast.

Amazing ! Great location surrounded by greenery Beautiful decor with good sized room and bathroom Stocked with toiletries and there’s a mini fridge and tower fan I always prefer single use toiletries as I don’t like sharing - but I didn’t mind this time There’s no shower but you get a gorgeous bath tub ;,we felt like royalty soaking in the bath - Lols Tea coffee biscuits all in the room - good variety Very comfy bed - I mean it just hugs you and we had really fluffy pillows I slept like a baby and no back pain in the morning. Breakfast was scrumptious and you can have a plate of yoghurt and fruit upon request ; there’s also cereals and cereal bars / nuts ; very thoughtful There’s a stable just outside with the most beautiful horses and a gorgeous Shetland pony . There’s also a cute family dog that just made me smile. It’s very peaceful and you can lock yourself away and leave the world outside We absolutely loved it and will be back Special mention for Helen - what a gem and she couldn’t have done any more to make us feel so welcome ; thank you Helen and to all at Ravencar Just one thing - kettle needs descaling …

Has such a lovely stay here at ravencar farm, Helen is just absolutely lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are spotless with everything you need including a very comfy bed and comfy pillows. 100% recommend this place I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Sheffield:)
