Canceled 24 hours in advance and they would be reasonable enough to refund me and I'm out $123+ for nothing. Well. That's a way to make sure I never stay there

We visited this location before. Clean and tidy. Good place to stay if you just want to check in, sleep, and leave.

The help and management at this hotel are cold and unwelcoming. This is my second and last stay here. The first time was summer of 2023. The stay was underwhelming but ok, until we received a phone call to our room from the manager at 10:30 a.m. on the day of our departure telling us in an unfriendly tone that we must check out by 11:00 a.m. we thought that was odd, but kinda laughed it off. During this stay today, we went to use the fitness equipment at 8:00pm. We were trying to get the treadmill to work when the manager appeared out of nowhere and started yelling at us in a loud and threatening manner, and told us to get out of that room. He said we would have to come back at 6:00 am. We pointed out that the sign said it was open until 10:00 pm, but he ran us out and in his inability to speak English was unable to explain why we had to leave. Other odd things have happened here and I feel that I am being watched continuously, even though we are quiet, senior people…. Won’t be back.

Room was clean. Sheets and pillows had an onion smell or my nose was at fault. I have no idea how they knew I was handy capped but I was placed in a handy capped room. Thank you.

I didnt like that the web site says pet friendly but they wouldnt let my service dog in. Pool was out of order. Staff was rude and wanted to argue.

Stayed for 2 weeks for work.. staff was horribly rude and I would NOT recommend ever staying at this hotel.

Not a bad hotel, but nothing really stood out. Our room was clean and the staff was fine, but there is not much else around the hotel and not anything that would make you want to return. It serves its intended purpose for a place to stay and that's really why you book a room, right?
Wasn't great but wasn't bad either. Make sure to get a 1st floor room because there is NO ELEVATOR in the building. 7/10
