the room smelt strongly of bleach, the heating was on high & unable to adjust or turn off, no hair dryer or iron even though it was stated that they were in the room. no glasses in the bath room, the shower was powerless & not very hot & the shower screen collapsed, Breakfast... full English had missing items & I asked for poached egg on toast & was given a fry up of sorts... when the breakfast was corrected the egg was rock hard....

Poor condition and cleanliness of bathroom. For example shower head full of limescale and mould around shower screens. I could not use. Breakfast was paid for in advance with booking. When I went for breakfast at 08.55 I was told by the waitress that breakfast was not served after 08.45. Despite the cook available also the tables still had cereal and bowls on the tables. I went to reception to check out and there was nobody available. In fact the security grills were shut so the key was pushed through a slot.

Very useful place to stay for Silverstone, I only needed somewhere to sleep as I had an early morning to go to an event. Parking around the back in the compound was good for peace of mind for my car, and they got up early on a Sunday to let me out, which was nice.

Clearly a family ran hotel. Decor slightly dated, but also part of the hotel’s original character. Very pleased that we had a fridge & a fan in the room. Hotel owners were polite & efficient in serving a good hearty breakfast. Great value for money, ideally placed for travelling to & from Silverstone circuit. Secluded on site parking, Local restaurants & bars within walking distance.

It's not the fanciest hotel by any means but it was spotlessly clean and the man on reception was helpful and very friendly and worked exceptionally hard. Location wise it's perfect, about a 15 minute walk into town, there's a small car park out the back. Breakfast was very tasty with a few choices. The only thing I would say wasn't great was the bed and pillows weren't the comfiest also the room was extremely hot but we were there on one of the hottest days of the year!

Don't even think about booking this dump, I walked in took a look around and walked straight back out. Yes it's cheap but there is good reason for that, don't think you are getting a bargain, I would rather sleep in my car,and don't expect the advertised secure parking, it doesn't exist.

Just stayed for two nights at the Langham with my husband as we were attending a local festival. Yes the hotel is a little dated, a little worn around the edges BUT we actually had a really comfortable couple of nights here. When looking at the price bracket you just can't beat it! Such great value for money and to have a full three course breakfast *choice of cereals, toast & jams, full English* was a bonus 😊 The staff/owners are friendly, the rooms clean and the location to town is spot on. If you just need somewhere to lay your head, somewhere cheap & cheerful. Then this is it. Will definitely return if visiting the area again.

They say you get what you pay for and we didn't pay alot, the room had everything we needed and was spacious the decor was dated but we found it charming. What we really liked was the friendly staff, they always smiled and were quick to help us with extra towels and cups. The breakfast was pretty decent too we had an amazing time and would return if in the area again thank you.

· Good value for money, paid £35 for one night and that included an excellent big breakfast. It is a little outdated but well maintained, the beds were comfy and it was actually nice to sleep in a bed of sheets and blankets instead of a quilt. Plenty of facilities in the room, tea etc. WiFi was ok and free. Quiet location even though close to road. Parking good but road to it full of potholes and could do with improving. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. For a last minute booking at a very good price would recommend it.
