We had a wonderful evening at the 90’s event last month for a friends birthday. Great food, good choice of drinks and fab entertainment. Staff were all very helpful. We stayed the night and the rooms were great and we had a great breakfast before a day spent in the city

Stayed here for a business trip recently the hotel is welcoming and clean the beds are comfy and the staff are friendly. the food was very nice especially the breakfast, it was delicious. overall i had a great stay for a short business trip. thanks

Great stay at Mercure hotel in Norwich! Staff were very attentive and rooms were great. Great location for city centre too. Fab breakfast with loads of choice, either continental or hot buffet. Plenty of parking with a large car park. Will return.

We’ve used the Mercure Hotel for a couple of events recently for family birthday celebrations and we have had such a positive experience. The food has been amazing - we had buffet food for one of the events and a three course meal for the other, and everyone has been so impressed with both and had only positive things to say! The service has also been amazing and the staff are so lovely, friendly and always happy to help! Overall very happy and would definitely recommend this hotel to others that are looking to stay here or for events hire! The perfect venue for what we needed.

We attended a family wedding which was expertly hosted by the Mercure. Their care and attention ensured the day went smoothly and the bride and groom had a brilliant day. Would highly recommend for a wedding or special occasion. Great location

Stayed here for bank holiday weekend the hotel is very welcoming and lovely and clean the beds were so comfy an the staff are very polite an friendly the food was very nice including the breakfast all in all I had a perfect stay was money well spent

I just love staying at this hotel. The Breakfast is just superb. My bedroom was spotless, the bed so comfy and the team just make you feel so welcome. If you are looking for a couple of days away in the Fine City of Norwich then this is the place to stay. Its a beautiful walk in to the city through Sloughbottom park. Well done for being consistently fabulous.
