donnovann was brillant in helping us out get an early check in when we had an event before original check in, thank you so much, amazing member of staff!! lovely hotel, always stay in premier inns and this one is one of the nicest i’ve been too and perfect location

Everything you'd expect from a premier inn. Staff we spoke to were helpful and nice, room was good, location excellent. Was nice and quite for us. Would definitely stay again. I forgot you have to write 200 characters to leave a review on TripAdvisor. Respectfully, it's a stupid policy and this whole bit is a waste of everyone's time.

We are regulars at this hotel and stay monthly to visit the theatre. The location is perfect only a 10 minute walk to the theatre royal. The rooms are smaller but fine for an old couple. The hotel is always clean and fresh but is starting to look abit tired in some areas. Staff are always really friendly and seem to get along great, brings a nice family vibe to the hotel. I don’t remember all their names, Saff & Kiren i normally see. Breakfast in the restaurant is good & convenient abit pricey now.

On arrival the spare bed was not made up . The bathroom toilet was dirty no towels the room in general had not been cleaned no coffee or milk . When reported they replied we have no staff. Luckily for us a young lady who was cleaning the opposite rooms cleaned the bathroom . We went out for tea and when we returned the bed had been made but nothing else . This is the first time we have encountered a problem with Premier inn s but this one at chapel bar was a definite disgrace . Room 226 😌😠

I want to say thankyou to all your staff who helped us throughout our stay, We stayed as a large group, and our mistake we forgot to amend our booking from doubles to twins. A huge thankyou specifically to saff and kiren who sorted this and really went above and beyond with their services. Everyone else was very friendly too! The location of the hotel is perfect and everything else was nice and clean. Hotel could do with a revamp but not their fault.

2 nights in premier plus room Good location. Didn’t feel as nice as other premier plus rooms I have stayed in. Personally also prefer standalone shower and not shower over bath. Because we didn’t ask for room to serviced after first night, we didn’t get the extra condiments for second night which come with a plus room. Room was booked for 2 people but only 1 large towel so had to request second one.

The most helpful hotel staff I’ve ever met, I had an issue upon arrival and the two ladies manning reception had it sorted for me within minutes going out of their way to help, thankyou Saff and Sarune Once in my room I found everything I needed very easily and the room was lovely clean and the bed was a delight after a stressful trip

Great location around the corner from shops bars and restaurants great breakfast value for money and very nice helpful staff would recommend this hotel.
