Heritage Mews Nottingham

公寓式酒店，第二次入住，房型和上次不一樣，是頂層的斜屋頂房，沒有廚房和客餐廳，是一整間大卧室。 威盧克斯斜屋頂窗的視野和採光都不錯，很好的體驗。就是浴室櫃的位置，因為斜屋頂靠牆邊高度的原因，刷牙洗臉時會碰到頭，個高的需要半蹲。

Have to mark it down to 3* mainly for the reason of a £250 deposit that needs to be paid before you get there. If it wasn't for this very high deposit, I would have marked it 4 as the suite is very nice and has plenty of space. Bed is very comfortable and has almost everything you need. Nespresso machine is a nice touch, and the price of the suite is pretty good for the location. It's just that deposit that is just too high, and they hold on to it for a week.

The photos were exactly as the apar**ent presents. It was close to good restaurants and the main shopping district, the light rail was very close and the main train station not far. The manager was easily reachable and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

Great apar**ent! Very close to Train Station and city centre. Have stayed previously and always my first choice when travelling to Nottingham. Also get a 20% discount at the restaurant next door! Beautiful decor and great facilities!’

I stayed in the “ Tatting” room. The place was good, self check in online then get given a code. However not everything was expected. - I had to submit photo ID and £250 deposit against damages which is unusual for a UK “hotel” - The room wasn’t as per the photos - the 4 poster bed wasn’t in there, which was one of the reasons for booking that room - there was damp and mould around a couple of the windows Other than this everything was okay - but worth new photos on the website and some damp trea**ent/care

This is a lovely modern property with great location.It took a little bit of time to find the room as not clear signage.Once in the room it was clear the previous guests where smokers as the room stunk (even tho there is a no smoking policy!).At first glance we thought the room was clean.Only when we went to use the shower there was hair up the walls and mould on the ceiling.As our room was located in the basement we did smell damp going down the staircase but we put this down to the weather as damp out. Other than these issues this was a really nice stay with great surrounding restaurants.It just needs a bit of work to keep up to the standard they have advertised.

This hotel is just excellent for anyone who is considering a short trip to Nottingham for a few days. The furnishings is very new, modern and clean. I live in the Jacquard suite, and it is a romantic room with a view especially in the evening. The bed is comfortable and the kitchenette is very helpful. The hotel staff is very nice, I made twice calls for help (first time a question on how to operate the AI remote control and another call about late check out) and my questions all solved immediately. The location of the hotel is also excellent, near to Nottingham train station and bus station.

I booked this apar**ent as the photos looked stunning. As soon as I arrived, I was unfortunately disappointed by the general state of the property. Every single material surface was completely grubby with a whole load of stains. Dirty sofa, ‘clean bed linen’ was tarnished with stains, huge scuffs and marks upon every wall. Very disappointed as I paid nearly £300 for a 2 night stay. Not luxury at all. A large hotel would’ve provided more cleanliness. Unfortunately won’t be staying again :(
