Nottingham City Centre Short Stay Apartments with Parking

Way below par. The heating on arrival was not working and after many phone calls could not be resolved while the management insisted they had it fixed while we were out for a walk. After 8 hours and late into the evening they eventually moved us to the apartment next door. Although they tried to blame us it was clear there was no power to the heater. After we booked on line they called us demanding a 200 pound security which could not be paid on our travelex debit card so had to use our credit card incurring international fees. We were told it would be refunded within 60 hours of checkout. 4 days later my wife had to contact them to get the security returned. The rooms were damaged inside and not very clean. Again many phone calls to get a guarantee that the damage and uncleanliness would be recorded and not impact the return of the security. The staff could only be contacted remotely and they kept shuffling us between departments making the situation difficult. Lot of potential and good location but poorly managed. Give this one a miss.

This apartment was perfectly situated for my needs. Communication on how to get in was lacking but after a quick phone call it was sorted quickly and efficiently. This apartment has everything you need except for a dining table ( the coffee table is miniature so not even a suitable substitute) but I found that I had to wash first what ever I wanted to use in the kitchen. The television had no pre set channels so we had to scan and find them ourselves. It's such a shame that the apartment was so dirty. If the sheets weren't fresh I would have believed a cleaner hadn't been in at all. ( I found a previous tenants' pair of knickers hanging in the window!)The hall and stairs area were also unclean.

Inadequate basic amenities; No dining table and chairs, dishwasher, single bed 2nd room instead of double or twin beds. Even mop to clean by oneself (no cleaning mid stay)

Clean and great location . Close to the city center , shopping areas and restaurants.

Love it so neat and cozy all new and clean and you can walk easily to city center
