Absolute disgrace of a hotel and certain staff members. Due to their mistake in the reservation system, two nights were booked starting from Thursday instead of Friday as selected in the app. Upon arriving at the reception on Friday, not only was the employee visibly irritated, but also extremely rude. There was no available room because, according to them, we didn't show up the day before, which was when our reservation was made. However, they did manage to find a room with the condition that we must check out the next day, since two nights were reserved, and one night was already missed. Considering our original plan was to stay until Sunday, we requested a change to reflect our initial booking, from Friday to Sunday. However, they continued to insist that the mistake was ours, and in the end, we ended up paying for three nights with full board, even though we only used two. After complaining via email, we received a response stating once again that the mistake was ours and that they were not able to "reduce" the price, which was not even what we were asking for. We simply wanted to settle our stay in the arrangement that we actually used, not an additional day they made up due to THEIR mistake in the system. After we paid and left the hotel, there was no further response to our email - very professional, I must add! I sincerely hope that this review helps at least one person to avoid this hotel. To reiterate, ABSOLUTE ZERO, a classic Croatian style of trying to extract extra money. I hope you'll put it to good use.
