Whispering Cottages Bed and Breakfast

This is the most amazing cottage you will never stay in has a home feeling when you walk in you will just be amazed at the amount attention to detail that Paula and Georgia have achieved, Amazing couple and amazing way of greeting there guests - we got greeted with a glass of wine and on offer of a game of croquet - Simply an amazing couple words can’t describe but I will try. We were going to the Le Manoir which is very close by and we didn’t want the snobby ness and didn’t want to pay £1200 per night. Instead we stayed here and had what was the best time ever and at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend staying here instead of the LeManior.

Our stay here was fantastic, the Boutique room was lovely as were Georgia and Paul, who were perfect hosts. The gardens are beautiful, where we were able to relax and enjoy homemade cake; the breakfasts were also first class. It is a great location for visiting the centre of Oxford by bus.

Fabulous B&B. Such a pretty location. The bus stop into Oxford outside the drive gates. Georgia and Paul were great hosts. The breakfast was amazing! Locally sourced produce. Georgia makes all her own bread and cakes The jams from the WI and glorious honey from her friend.

A delightful location and a beautifully decorated room with outside seating in the gorgeous garden. A great base for exploring the region and so easy to get to Oxford city with a bus stop right outside the door. Georgia and Paul couldn't have been any more welcoming and we appreciated their tips and suggestions for places to visit. Great breakfasts are offered, with food allergies catered for. We loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Oxford, staying at this wonderful B & B. Georgia and Paul are lovely people and excellent hosts who work really hard to ensure that their guests have a great experience. Accommodation is delightful and it was so nice having access to their beautiful garden . Georgia cooked a delicious breakfast using local produce which we really enjoyed and Paul gave us lots of useful tips to get the most out of our break. The bus stop right outside the property was another bonus for us as it meant quick and easy access to Oxford centre without needing to use the car at all. Can’t fault it at all and highly recommend.

Whispering Cottages is the very best B&B we’ve ever stayed in. The owners were absolutely amazing and work so hard to ensure every guest has a brilliant, comfortable stay! The breakfast is just superb!!

We stayed in the Baroque Suite for two nights breaking our long journey from South Staffordshire to Biggin Hill Airport. The Welcome from Geogia and Paul was such a surprise… glasses of wine, homemade lemon drizzle cake, which was delicious! The bed was so comfortable! The position of the suite was in a quiet location and we got a great nights sleep both nights. The room was very spacious and spotless with everything you need from a great B&B! It was decorated with flair and style, making the experience very special. Breakfast was wonderful! Great fresh local produce cooked to perfection! Delicious!! Even though the B&B was perfect without any flaws, the stars were Georgia and Paul! What a lovely couple they are! Georgia is not only beautiful and a truly lovely lady, she is amazingly talented and a great cook!! Paul is kind, warm and attentive, a true gentleman! They made us feel very welcome and at ease and they made us feel so special! Thank you both for a lovely stay! Hopefully we will be back soon! ❤️❤️

We stayed here on our way to Suffolk. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and showed our rooms and the wonderful garden and then offered lemon drizzle cake. There was also a welcoming pack of biscuits on the bed and a bottle of water and fresh milk in the fridge. The bird song and the bees in the flowers made it Idyllic. The breakfast as far as possible home made, jam etc was delicious. This B and B has a car parking space behind the accommodation but great care must be taken on leaving as there is a waste transfer station by the exit and despite being warned we nearly got hit as they travel too fast.

Fantastic B&B close to Oxford but far enough out to be away from the crowds. The local bus service was great, taking us into the city in about 20 minutes from right outside the B&B. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Plenty of room, including a fridge and tea and coffee facilities. We were also provided with home made biscuits and cake and as it was our wedding anniversary, Georgia had kindly put a bottle of fizz in the fridge - just perfect. Beautifully Aga cooked breakfast in the morning with lots of homemade goodies alongside. Georgia and Paul were very welcoming with lots of local knowledge which they were more than happy to share. All in all, a perfect anniversary weekend - thank you Georgia and Paul for making it so special.
