They have brand new pillows. Not sure what kind of humans they were expecting but I would advise to bring your own pillow with you unless you are used to hospital beds. Other than that, it was ok. Breakfast was adequate Staff at reception were not very friendly and put my friend and I in a double room even though I booked a twin. They changed it once I complained though and upgraded us so was ok.

Worth it for the breakfast, I have stayed in plenty of rooms over the years but this was so much better than your typical hotel for an overnight stay. I can't say exactly why but the kids loved it and even the Mrs didn't grumble. Will certainly stay here again. I've been unable to edit the previous review I posted where it somehow turned the 5 Stars into 1, so apologies to anyone who may have thought it was bad, it's very very nice and, as I mentioned, everyone enjoyed their stay there.

Was a last minute booking , very accommodating. Had a lovely meal , the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was adequate for our needs, bed very comfortable. Happy to recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Nurburgring Linder Hotel with a group of friends during the thrilling Nurburgring Classic event. While the hotel was reasonably clean, I have mixed feelings about my stay due to some inconveniences that overshadowed the overall experience. Let's start with the check-in procedure, which unfortunately proved to be a pain. The self-check-in machines provided were next to useless. It would have been more efficient to download the hotel's app and use that instead. However, the downside of using the app was that we were only given one room key, which is based on the app. If you need an additional key, you have to make the trek across the road to the main hotel complex and request one from the staff there. This unnecessary back-and-forth was quite inconvenient, especially when travelling with a disability. Parking was another issue that left much to be desired. In order to enter and exit the hotel's car park, you were required to walk over to the main hotel complex and ask for parking tickets. It would have been far more convenient if these tickets were readily available at the hotel we were staying in. Throughout our two-day stay, we never encountered a single member of the hotel staff in our building. We were left to fend for ourselves, which was quite disappointing. On a positive note, the cleanliness of the hotel was acceptable. The rooms were kept tidy and maintained, allowing for a reasonably comfortable stay. However, the lack of staff presence was a major letdown. It's always reassuring to know that there are staff members available to assist with any questions or concerns that may arise. In conclusion, my experience at the Nurburgring Linder Motorsport Hotel had its ups and downs. While the cleanliness was satisfactory, the check-in procedure and parking arrangement were major inconveniences. The absence of hotel staff in our building left us feeling somewhat neglected. If these issues were addressed, it would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Very convenient for ring. Good breakfast. Good dinner. V helpful waitress at bar. Express check in terrible - just didn’t work. Also car park a pain as difficult to leave. Rooms perfectly nice. Bed comfy

no reception, no staff, no bar, no restaurant, no wifi. don't stay here, stay at the Dorint up the road, a much better hotel with all these facilities. you have to walk to the other hotel the congress for breakfast, why bother? just stay at the Dorint....

Ideally located, clean spacious rooms, modern hotel, that’s the good bits. No staff on site at any time, you have to spend 10 minutes at a computer checking yourself in filling out many questions before you can even gain entry to the hotel. No facility to make a hot drink in the rooms or anywhere to purchase within the hotel. No a/c in the rooms. You’re expected to pay to park if you stay for more than two hours . Breakfast was nice, except you have to walk a few minutes to a different hotel to get it, which wasn’t very clearly advertised for a lot of people. Then checking out isn’t a simple drop your key card and go, you have to go through all the computer online questioning again. To summarise I’d rather stay in a Premier Inn.
