The room is absolutely below average. The check-in instructions were a bit confusing at first—the AI robot provided two different numbers, which was misleading, though not a major issue. However, the room itself is poorly maintained. The bed quilt is very rough, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. If you are a light sleeper, I strongly recommend bringing earplugs because there are a lot of racing motorbikes at night. The soundproofing is poor—even with the glass door fully closed, the noise disrupted my sleep, and I couldn’t rest well. Additionally, the glass door is cracked, so be sure to close it gently. The only decent aspect of the stay was the amenities, which were still acceptable. However, the room had a strong musty smell possibly due to an unserviced air conditioner. The toilet also felt unclean and unpleasant.The greatest thing is view is good and can chat with my friend at the balcony Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I recently stayed at this homestay and had a great experience. The place was clean, the AC worked perfectly, and it was very comfortable for couples. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Plus, it felt very safe throughout my stay. Highly recommended! Convenient location for vacation, lego land is near, mall is near.

This is the 2nd time we stayed there. Easy check in. Everything is self service as it’s a service apartment. This place is nice and quiet. So no need to wait for lift for long. Private parking. Good view. The only set back is it’s not near to town. If have vehicle will be easy. Near to legoland. Quite near to Eco Botanic where there are lots of food, massage shops. It’s a pretty new estate.
