I am currently travelling, so have been staying at many different types of budget accomodation but have never had such a terrible experience. It started off that the address listed is in fact the wrong address (they make out it is closer to the trail head to Adams peak but is actually 3km away) we got the bus to the address listed but then Ayos Hill messaged to say that it is not actually there and it was our problem that we went somewhere else. At no point did they tell us the correct address though. We then arrived very wet having walked 40 minutes in the rain as we had no cash, they did not apologise at all and said it was our problem. They did then say that they would pay for a tuktuk to the trailhead the following morning. We went to our room which was unclean, very dusty, the bed sheets and towels smelt and was only given one blanket (they room was very cold). The shower was meant to have got water but it was cold and there were ants and worms in the bathroom and bedroom. The next morning, we got the tuk tuk to the trailhead and told the driver the hotel said they would pay him for it (the tuk tuk was 600rps) When we can back from the hike the hotel said they never said they would pay for the tuk tuk and was shouting at us, demanding we pay 1200 RPS. We were two women so felt very uncomfortable with the man shouting at us and pointing his finger at us. We calmly said that the day prior, they agreed to pay for the tuk tuk as a good will gesture however they carried on denying it. We then paid 600rps and left very shaken by the matter. On the listing it says that a hairdryer can be requested but when we asked for this the request was ignored. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Definitely go slightly further up the road to a hotel closer to the trailhead, these hotels are the same price, if not cheaper and the staff are much more welcoming. This really ruined our Sri Lanka trip
