The food in the hotel is delicious, there is a large variety of different food to choose from so you will always have something you can eat even if you are a picky eater. Every night there is a different show, one of the nights is Turkish night which was my favourite one so far. Suleyman is a good entertainment manager who always ensures there is activities for us to do throughout the day and is a very welcoming person to talk to.

Rooms are lovely and clean. Staff are always willing to help to give you the best possible experience ☺️ lots of activities for adults & children, night entertainment was good, suitable for adults and children. The best part was winning suleyman at darts 😋

Great entertainment, they are very accommodating. Happy to accompany you to where you need to go. Suleyman was great, best staff member by far! Entertaining and accommodating. Plenty of choice with pools and places to eat. A range of free activities too. With the beach just a few minute walk away.

It's a nice hotel, it's a nice city to have a holiday, it's very good quality, we liked the pool bar, the Berat waiter, the good service, the smiling face and the fast service, thank you for the cleanliness and good rooms I recommend it to everyone, we liked it very much

Lovely hotel and the staff were amazing. Berat was so attentive and always there to offer us drinks or anything we needed :) he made our holiday thanks so much. Very clean and food was ok. Not my sort of thing but apart from that I can’t complain. Happy days

The food at the hotel is great, good choice and variety. The entertainment was also very good with the baloon show for kids to the darts during the day with solomon was great fun. The sauna and steam room was amazing and the staff were helpful .thank you for fun suleyman

Very good hotel and the best staff was entertainer suleyman had darts, learns name and remembers bar staff are friendly. Hotel food is nice good variety rooms are very clean cleaners are in every day to clean it aswell and would defo recommend and come back myself aswell

The hospitality is very good. Staff are very welcoming. Suleyman was good entertainment and very helpful, giving us information and playing darts with us. The food is also very good and our rooms are also cleaned very well. The pools are also very clean, with plenty of sunbeds.

Very clean and tidy hotel. Private also with a tunnel leading to the beach. Food was also very nice, different every night. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Night time entertainment was also very good as there is something different every night. Also day time events but you can also do other activities which are close. Would definitely recommend for families or couples. Suleyman who is one of the reps in the hotel is very entertaining and caring. Always had the time of day to talk to us and make us laugh. I also had an incident while being at the hotel and the staff where all so helpful to help me, including Suleyman who was doing everything to make sure we was okay. Plenty of entertainment for both adults and children. Very close the the centre where you can also go of a day or night and there is lots of entertainment bars by Kaila beach too.
