This is an honest review from our 8 night holiday that myself, wife and 2 children, aged 6 & 7 year old, have just come home from. We arrived late at night and were taken back outside and down the street to our room, which was in the annex block, even though we had upgraded our room to be in the main hotel, we spoke to reception the following day and was told by a very rude lady that the hotel was full and we couldn’t be moved!! The annex room was very spacious but was like something from the 1960’s, there was no kettle or even a tap in our kitchen area, you aren’t given any facilities to make yourself a drink in your room. The shower was constantly going hot and cold and the floor got very very slippery when wet, which was very dangerous, especially with young children. They only give us 1 toilet roll for 4 people a day It was very noisy in the annex building, you could hear everything from the other rooms and the communal area which woke our children up most nights and early mornings. FOOD/DRINK Was rubbish not a good selection at all our children,myself and wife lived off chips and pasta and salad Catered for Russian and polish people The food gave me green poos which isn’t healthy at all The drinks are rubbish as well, you could have gin or vodka or the local beer and cocktails were extra money, drinks were served in a lightweight plastic cup which didn’t even stand up on the table and was very small , 3 sips and it was gone then you had to wait 20 minutes to get another drink as there was only one person serving with a que of about 15/20 people. Joke for all inclusive Beach bar take some money with you as the drink aren’t in your all inclusive price you only get one lolly free and a pancake. RIP OFF if you want a Russian holiday then this hotel would be prefect for you and you understood good Russian or Turkish language than again perfect for you as the staff didn’t speak much English. The night entertainment was okay and our children loved the kids disco, but this was the same every night and didn’t change. The good points of this hotel is the splash pool with slides and the bars/restaurants and shops around the outside of the hotel.

Family friendly water park is amazing for kids .coffee tea service snack bar :pool bar serve local drink and refreshments.Rooms cleaning every day.great location private beech belongs to the hotel 5 minutes walk also they have bar by the beach ⛱️.definitely worth it.

There is always 2 side so, I will start with Positive. Animation Team: They are fabulous team; Junior, Baris, Selim, Nida, other 2 girls and music guy; all of them gives more than 100% to keep tourist busy, happy and do make their holiday to remember. If you have a kid at the age of 3 years old or above, this hotel is perfecto and highly recommended. There is always a good daily activities at the evening or night. Few Show name I remember was Fire Show (Mustafa), Balloon Show, Colombian dancing and others. Turkish night was fantastic and celebrated well by everyone. Cleanliness: Clean Swimming Pool, Aqua Park, Kids playing ground and hotel itself too. Room was bit dark side and above dinning area so, was bit noisy. Beach: 10-15 minutes away, clean and tidy. Free stuff on beach between 2-5pm but, you have to ask for it. Services: Easy Check in and Check out. We had to ask room cleaning services for couple of times but that is not a negative. Pan Cake Ladies - Very good Lady (forgot the name)My 10 Month old boy loved their potato paratha/pan cake and she/they are always smiling and laughs around. Negatives: Reception- Mostly two guy Kelam and Berkan were on reception. They are not welcoming and just do not smile. I managed to meet manager and do clearly stated my concern, especially regarding a guy call Kemal who was bit abrupt and rude. Manager is well presented. Language: Language is the key negative as, only some of the staff understand and was speaking English so, if you wish English expected services, chose other hotel. Food: I would entirely put food in negative but it was not much for English tourist though we always found something for us which was filling. Tourist - Almost all of them were Russian, but we had no problem. They have to diverse their guest selection.

I want to write an honest review about this hotel as it’s something myself and husband spend a long time looking at when booking our family holidays, we read a lot of reviews about this hotel before coming and some weren’t so honest. We stayed in an annex block which was clean and spacious but was dated and a 5 minute walk to the main building, which isn’t ideal when you have young children. We asked if we could move to the main building but were told it was full by a very rude receptionist, even though we had paid to upgrade our room before arriving. The photos of the rooms aren’t accurate online to what you actually end up getting. The food in the restaurant was not great, our children who are 6 & 7 lived on chips all week, they did not cater for children or the English. You could only get fizzy drinks from the bar where there was only ever 1 member of staff on, the snack bar only served soft drinks when it was open and not all day. You couldn’t get ice cream from the hotel at all!! You had to pay for alcoholic drinks at the beach bar which we didn’t know weren’t included in all inclusive. The hotel was full of Russians and polish and we only actually met 3 other families from England, we were definitely a minority!! The theatre area outside where the evening entertainment is was never cleaned, there were ants everywhere!! One day it rained for hours and it wasn’t cleaned so there was puddles of water where the children and adults were meant to sit. A lot of the staff don’t speak English and definitely favour the Russian and polish guests. There is no way this is a 4 * hotel, I’m not sure where they get this from, it’s a 3* at a push, we’ve stayed at plenty of 4* hotels before and this one is definitely lacking on many areas and needs a lot of improvement to make it a 4* in our opinion. The splash area is definitely what sells this hotel and the kids loved this, but unfortunately the rest of the hotel didn’t match this. We won’t be returning unfortunately.

The hotel was great, very clean and tidy but I've never had such poor customer service in Turkey towards English customers!! Food was OK, something for everyone and some food was outstanding. Drinks on all inclusive were very restricted. Cocktails were extra charge and dearer that pubs across the road, then didn't have the ingredients!!. Hotel itself was great, everything within easy reach from sun loungers. Snack bar, water park, pool and main food hall etc. Rooms are quite roomy but beds are rock hard lol. In general, they seem to be more concerned about how good the hotel looked rather than smiling o making guests feel welcome.

Honest review from a family perspective. It seems to me that people have too high expectations, and vote down, or low and vote up. From the reviews we were not that high in expectations, but we've had nothing short of a wonderful time here in start of November. I'll try to sum up something I felt I didn't know before arriving: All Inc: At beach: water, juices, coffee and one ice cream a day. No alcohols. Rest paid. At pool/restaurant/bar: water, juice, coffie, tea, beer, wine (red and white ok, rose not good to our taste). Vodka, campari, Malibu and some other local spirits. Food: buffé with what you expect from a buffé. Breakfast: serials, bread, spreads, egg, salads etc. Lunsh/dinner: salads, Turkish pizza, 4-6 dished with meat, one dish fish, pasta, rice. Always something to eat, but not the most exiting stuff. Lots of cakes. Snackbar (by pool side): nuggets, salads, Turkish pancake with cheese etc (very good) + (Children favorite food place). Clean rooms (we got main building). Aqua park, pool and Childers games very good.

AVOID Staff aggressive and rude Had items stolen from our room Had a German couple attack my partner on the 3rd night after he looked at him to which the staff were on his side, if you want to feel safe this hotel isn’t for you , I was sat quietly when this happened and the staff were of no use , if you don’t like aggressive Germans or shouting Russians I would go elsewhere Staff aren’t helpful at all All times advertised are wrong, don’t expect to be taking your children on the slides etc as it’s closed till 3pm then closes again at 5 so your on limited time Food is the worst food I’ve ever ate, and I’ve been all over the world, this hotel takes the cake for poor service and food , it’s so bad we have moved to another hotel round the corner AVOID
